Claims (11)
- 상승 브래킷들(36, 38, 40)에서 가이드되고 스캐폴드 유닛(12) 내로 통합된 상승 레일들(32, 34)을 지닌, 클라이밍폼(climbing form)으로 사용될 수 있는 레일식 상승 시스템(10)에 있어서,각각의 상승 레일(32, 34)은 제1(40) 및 제2(38) 상승 브래킷 사이에 또는 제3 상승 브래킷(36)의 구역에 배열된 조인트(52)를 특징으로 하며, 상기 상승 레일(32, 34)의 자유 말단은 구조물(16) 상에 정지상으로 장착된 상승 브래킷(36, 40) 내로 삽입될 수 있으며, 상기 조인트(52)는 조정 장치(58)에 의하여 상기 조인트(52)를 결합시키는 상승 레일 구간들(48, 50) 사이에 상대적 각 위치를 변화시킬 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 레일식 상승 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 서스펜션 볼트(72)가 세로 방향을 가로질러 상승 레일(32, 34)을 따라 제공되고, 상기 서스펜션 볼트는 상기 상승 브래킷(38)의 피벗 폴(74) 상에 있음을 특징으로 하는 레일식 상승 시스템.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 조정 장치는 제2 상승 레일 구간(50)의 구역에서 한쪽 면으로, 그리고 제1 상승 레일 구간(48)의 구역에서 다른 쪽 면으로 지지되는 스핀들(58) 형태로 구현됨을 특징으로 하는 레일식 상승 시스템.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 상승 브래킷들(36, 38, 40)의 폴(74)은 서스펜션 볼트(72)와 접촉하고 있는 폴(74)에 대하여 상승 레일(32, 34)이 이동하는 동안 피벗되어 서스펜션 볼트(72)로부터 맞물림이 해제되는 램프(78)를 특징으로 하며, 상기 폴(74)은 서스펜션 볼트(72)와 접촉하고 있지 않을 때 이의 처음 위치로 자동으로 피벗되어 돌아감을 특징으로 레일식 상승 시스템.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상승 브래킷(36, 38, 40)이 벽면 또는 천장 고착 부분(80) 및 슬라이딩 브래킷 부분(82)으로 이루어지고, 상기 슬라이딩 브래킷 부분(82)은 각각 상승 레일(32, 34)과 맞물리거나 상승 레일(32, 34)과 맞물릴 수 있음을 특징으로 하는 레일식 상승 시스템.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 슬라이딩 브래킷 부분(82)이 피벗 방식으로 벽면 또는 천장 고착 부분(80) 상에 배열됨을 특징으로 하는 레일식 상승 시스템.
- 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 상기 벽면 또는 천장 고착 부분(80)은 장착하고 있는 상태 또는 장착된 상태에서 각각 수직으로 정렬된 축에 대하여 피벗될 수 있음을 특징으로 하는 레일식 상승 시스템.
- 제5항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 갈고리(54)가 상승 레일(32, 34)을 포위하는 상기 슬라이딩 브래킷 부분(82) 상에 제공되고, 상기 갈고리(54)는 특 히 피벗 및/또는 텔레스코핑 이동 형태로 상승 레일(32, 34)로부터 맞물림이 해제될 수 있음을 특징으로 하는 레일식 상승 시스템.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제2 또는 제3 상승 브래킷(38, 36) 상에 제공된 상승 실린더(62)가 상기 상승 브래킷들(36, 38, 40)에 대하여 상승 레일(32, 34)을 변위시킬 수 있음을 특징으로 하는 레일식 상승 시스템.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 상승 실린더(62)의 자유 말단에 제공된 피벗 폴(76)이 서스펜션 볼트(72)와 맞물릴 수 있음을 특징으로 하는 레일식 상승 시스템.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 상승 실린더(62)의 폴(76)은 램프(84)임을 특징으로 하는 레일식 상승 시스템.
