Claims (11)
- 화학식 II의 아닐린 하이드로클로라이드의 디아조늄염을 제조한 다음, 환원 및 산성화시켜 화학식 III의 하이드라진을 수득하는 단계(a),화학식 III의 하이드라진 하이드로클로라이드와 α-케토-δ-발레로락톤을 동일 반응계 내에서 반응시켜 화학식 IV의 하이드라존을 수득하는 단계(b),화학식 IV의 하이드라존을 피셔 인돌 합성시켜 화학식 V의 피라노인돌론을 수득하는 단계(c),화학식 V의 피라노인돌론을 에스테르 교환반응시켜 화학식 VI의 화합물을 제조하는 단계(d),화학식 VI의 화합물의 하이드록실 그룹을 디메틸아미노로 전환시켜 화학식 VII의 인돌카복실레이트를 수득하는 단계(e),화학식 VII의 화합물의 2-카보알콕시 그룹을 비누화 반응시켜 화학식 VIII의 인돌카복실산을 수득하는 단계(f) 및화학식 VIII의 인돌카복실산을 탈카복실화시켜 졸미트립탄을 수득하고, 임의적으로 약제학적으로 허용되는 이의 염을 제조하는 단계(g)를 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 약제학적 활성 화합물인 졸미트립탄 또는 약제학적으로 허용되는 이의 염의 제조방법.화학식 II화학식 III화학식 IV화학식 V화학식 VI화학식 VII화학식 VIII위의 화학식 VI 및 화학식 VII에서,R은 직쇄 또는 측쇄 C1-C4 알킬이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계(c)가 아세트산 중의 무수 염산 용액 속에서 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계(c)와 단계(d)가 원 포트 반응(one pot reaction)으로 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 단계(c)와 단계(d)가 직쇄 또는 측쇄 C1-C4 알콜 중의 무수 염산 용액 속에서 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계(e)가화학식 VI의 화합물의 하이드록실 그룹을 이탈 그룹 X로 대체하는 단계(e-i) 및이탈 그룹 X와 디메틸아민을 후속적으로 치환 반응시켜 화학식 VII의 화합물을 제조하는 단계(e-ii)의 2단계로 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 이탈 그룹 X가 할로겐 원자, 메실레이트 그룹 및 토실레이트 그룹으로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
