Abstract
Description
Claims (19)
- 비도전성 섬유시트를 주행시키면서 그 시트에 흡인노즐을 시트 폭방향으로 가로 지르게 접촉시키는 동시에, 그 접촉부의 반대측의 시트면을 물에 접촉 또는 침지시키고, 그 흡인노즐로부터 물을 시트두께 방향으로 관통하게 흡인하여 그 비도전성 섬유시트 내에 물을 침투시키며, 이어서 그 비도전성 섬유시트를 건조시키는 일렉트릿 가공품의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 물의 침투공정과 건조공정의 사이에 탈수공정을 개재시키는 일렉트릿 가공품의 제조방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 침투공정과 탈수공정을 적어도 2회 반복하는 일렉트릿 가공품의 제조방법.
- 제 1, 2 또는 3 항에 있어서,상기 침투공정에 의한 상기 비도전성 섬유시트에 대한 물의 침투율이 500% 이상인 일렉트릿 가공품의 제조방법.
- 제 1, 2 또는 3 항에 있어서,상기 흡인노즐의 흡인구가 슬릿상(狀)인 일렉트릿 가공품의 제조방법.
- 제 1, 2 또는 3 항에 있어서,상기 비도전성 섬유시트가 힌더드아민 계 첨가제 또는 트리아진 계 첨가제를 0.5∼5 중량% 함유하는 일렉트릿 가공품의 제조방법.
- 제 1, 2 또는 3 항에 있어서,상기 비도전성 섬유시트가 합성섬유로 이루어지는 시트인 일렉트릿 가공품의 제조방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 합성섬유로 이루지는 시트가 멜트블로 부직포인 일렉트릿 가공품의 제조방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 합성섬유로 이루어지는 시트가 스팬본드 부직포인 일렉트릿 가공품의 제조방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 비도전성 섬유시트가 폴리올레핀을 주체로 구성되어 있는 일렉트릿 가공품의 제조방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 폴리올레핀이 폴리프로필렌을 주체로 구성되어 있는 일렉트릿 가공품의 제조방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 비도전성 섬유시트가 폴리유산(乳酸)을 주체로 구성되어 있는 일렉트릿 가공품의 제조방법.
- 제 1, 2 또는 3 항에 있어서,상기 물이 이온교환수, 증류수 또는 역침투막에 의한 여과수인 일렉트릿 가공품의 제조방법.
- 제 1, 2 또는 3 항에 있어서,상기 물이 수용성 유기용제를 함유하는 일렉트릿 가공품의 제조방법.
- 제 14 항에 있어서,상기 수용성 유기용제가 물보다 낮은 비점을 가지는 일렉트릿 가공품의 제조방법.
- 제 14 항에 있어서,상기 수용성 유기용제가, 알코올류 또는 케톤류가 주성분인 일렉트릿 가공품의 제조방법.
- 제 16 항에 있어서,상기 수용성 유기용제가 이소프로필알코올, 에틸알코올, 아세튼 중의 적어도 1종인 일렉트릿 가공품의 제조방법.
- 비도전성 섬유시트를 제조하는 제포수단과, 그 비도전성 섬유시트에 흡인노즐을 시트 폭방향으로 가로 지르게 접촉시키는 동시에, 그 접촉부분의 반대측의 시트면을 수면에 접촉 또는 침지시키며 또 그 흡인노즐로부터 물을 흡인하는 비도전성 섬유시트에 대한 물의 침투수단과, 그 비도전성 섬유시트를 건조시키는 건조수단을 연속배치한 구성으로 이루어지는 일렉트릿 가공품의 제조장치.
- 제 18 항에 있어서,상기 흡인노즐의 흡인구가 슬릿상(狀)인 일렉트릿 가공품의 제조장치.
