Claims (14)
- (a) 이중 금속 시아나이드 화합물,(b) 유기 착화제 및(c) 촉매의 양을 기준으로 하여, 수평균 분자량이 약 500 이하인 폴리에테르 약 5 내지 약 80중량%를 포함하는, 에폭사이드 중합반응에 유용하고 105℃에서 최종 폴리에테르의 중량을 기준으로 하여 촉매 100ppm에서 PO 1kg/Co 1g/min를 초과하는 속도로 프로필렌 옥사이드를 중합시킬 수 있는 고형 이중 금속 시아나이드(DMC) 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이중 금속 시아나이드 화합물이 아연 헥사시아노코발테이트임을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 유기 착화제가 3급 부틸 알콜임을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 폴리에테르가 수평균 분자량이 약 150 내지 약 500인 폴리에테르 폴리올임을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, (a) 아연 헥사시아노코발테이트 화합물,(b) 3급 부틸 알콜 및(c) 촉매의 양을 기준으로 하여, 수평균 분자량이 약 150 내지 약 500인 폴리에테르 폴리올 약 10 내지 약 70중량%를 포함하는, 105℃에서 최종 폴리에테르의 중량을 기준으로 하여 촉매 100ppm에서 PO 2kg/Co 1g/min를 초과하는 속도로 프로필렌 옥사이드를 중합시킬 수 있는 촉매.
- 제5항에 있어서, 폴리에테르 폴리올이 수평균 분자량이 약 250 내지 약 400인 폴리(프로필렌 글리콜) 또는 폴리(에틸렌 글리콜)임을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 5.75(br), 4.82(br) 및 3.76의 X-선 회절 패턴(d-간격, Å)을 갖고 약 5.07, 3.59, 2.54 및 2.28(d-간격, Å)에서 고결정성 아연 헥사시아노코발테이트에 상응하는 신호가 검출되지 않음을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 유기 착화제 및 수평균 분자량이 약 500이하인 폴리에테르의 존재하에 폴리에테르 약 5 내지 약 80중량%를 함유하는 고형 이중 금속 시아나이드(DMC) 촉매를 제조하는 방법을 포함하는, 에폭사이드 중합반응에 유용하고 105℃에서 최종 폴리에테르의 중량을 기준으로 하여 촉매 100ppm에서 PO 1kg/Co 1g/min를 초과하는 속도로 프로필렌 옥사이드를 중합시킬 수 있는 촉매를 제조하는 방법.
- (a) 유기 착화제의 존재하에 금속 염(과량)의 수용액과 금속 시아나이드 염의 수용액을 효율적으로 혼합하여 반응시킴으로써 촉매 슬러리를 제조하는 단계,(b) 촉매 슬러리를 수평균 분자량이 약 500이하인 폴리에테르와 혼합하는 단계,(c) 슬러리로부터 폴리에테르 함유 고형 촉매를 분리하는 단계,(d) 폴리에테르 함유 고형 촉매를 추가의 유기 착화제를 함유하는 수용액으로 세척하는 단계 및(e) 고형 DMC 촉매의 양을 기준으로 하여 폴리에테르 약 5 내지 약 80중량%를 함유하는 고형 DMC 촉매를 회수하는 단계를 포함하는, 에폭사이드 중합반응에 유용하고 105℃에서 최종 폴리에테르의 중량을 기준으로 하여 촉매 100ppm에서 PO 1kg/Co 1g/min를 초과하는 속도로 프로필렌 옥사이드를 중합시킬 수 있는 고형 이중 금속 시아나이드(DMC) 촉매를 제조하는 방법.
- (a) 유기 착화제의 존재하에 금속 염(과량)의 수용액과 금속 시아나이드 염의 수용액을 효율적으로 혼합하여 반응시킴으로써 촉매 슬러리를 제조하는 단계,(b) 촉매 슬러리를 추가의 유기 착화제의 수용액을 함유하는 희석제와 효율적으로 혼합하는 단계,(c) 단계(b)로부터 수득된 촉매 슬러리를 수평균 분자량이 약 500이하인 폴리에테르와 혼합하는 단계,(d) 슬러리로부터 폴리에테르 함유 촉매를 분리하는 단계 및(e) 중합될 수 있는 고형 DMC 촉매의 양을 기준으로 하여 폴리에테르 약 5 내지 약 80중량%를 함유하는 고형 DMC 촉매를 회수하는 단계를 포함하는, 에폭사이드 중합반응에 유용하고 105℃에서 최종 폴리에테르의 중량을 기준으로 하여 촉매 100ppm에서 PO 1kg/Co 1g/min를 초과하는 속도로 프로필렌 옥사이드를 중합시킬 수 있는 고형 이중 금속 시아나이드(DMC) 촉매를 제조하는 방법.
- 제8항 내지 제10항중의 어느 한항에 있어서, DMC 촉매가 아연 헥사시아노코발테이트임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제8항 내지 제11항중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 유기 착화제가 3급 부틸 알콜임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제8항 내지 제12항중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 폴리에테르가 수평균 분자량이 약 150 내지 약 500인 폴리에테르 폴리올임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항중의 어느 한항에서 청구되거나 제8항 내지 제13항중의 어느 한항에서 청구된 방법에 의해 수득된 촉매의 존재하에 에폭사이드를 하이드록실 그룹 함유 개시제와 반응시킴을 포함하여, 에폭사이드를 중합시키는 방법.
