Claims (12)
- (A) 통상적인 프라이머 표면처리재로 코팅된 기체(substrate) 표면에 막 형성제로서 수성 중합체 분산액을 함유한 수성 코팅 조성물을 베이스코트 조성물로서 도포하는 단계,(B) 그 결과 얻어진 베이스코트에 적절한 투명 탑코트 조성물을 도포하는 단계, 및(C) 베이스코트를 탑코트와 함께 베이킹하는 단계를 포함하며, 베이스코트 조성물이(i) 30 내지 60 중량%의 C1-C8알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트 단량체, 30 내지 60 중량%의 비닐-방향족 단량체 및 0.5 내지 10 중량%의 (메트)아크릴산으로 이루어진 아크릴레이트 중합체 및(ii) (C1-C6)-알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트 및 (메트)아크릴산으로 이루어진 아크릴레이트 공중합체를 함유한 회합 작용이 없는 증점제를 함유한 수성 중합체 분산액을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 기체 표면에 다층 코팅을 형성하는 방법.
- (D) 막 형성제로서 수성 중합체 분산액을 함유한 수성 코팅 조성물을 사용하여 통상적인 프라이머 표면처리재에 도포된 베이스코트를 복구하는 단계,(E) 단계 (D)에서 얻어진 코팅을 적절한 투명 탑코트 조성물로 코팅하는 단계, 및(F) 베이스코트를 탑코트와 함께 베이킹하는 단계를 포함하며, 베이스코트 조성물이(i) 30 내지 60 중량%의 C1-C8알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트 단량체, 30 내지 60 중량%의 비닐-방향족 단량체 및 0.5 내지 10 중량%의 (메트)아크릴산으로 이루어진 아크릴레이트 중합체 및(ii) (C1-C6)-알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트 및 (메트)아크릴산으로 이루어진 아크릴레이트 공중합체를 함유한 회합 작용이 없는 증점제를 함유한 수성 중합체 분산액을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는,다층 코팅을 복구하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 성분 (i)의 C1-C8-알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트 단량체로 메틸 (메트)아크릴레이트, 에틸 (메트)아크릴레이트, 부틸 (메트)아크릴레이트 및 2-에틸헥실 (메트)아크릴레이트를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 비닐-방향족 단량체로 스티렌, α-알킬스티렌 및 비닐톨루엔을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분 (i)이 고형분 함량이 30 내지 60 중량%, 바람직하게는 35 내지 60 중량%인 분산액 형태로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분 (ii)의 아크릴레이트 공중합체가 단량체 단위로 (메트)아크릴산 및 2 종 이상의 상이한 아크릴레이트 단량체를 함유하며, 각각 전체 공중합체의 양을 기준으로 (메트)아크릴산은 바람직하게는 40 내지 60 중량%, 특히 바람직하게는 46 내지 55 중량%의 양으로 함유되고, (C1-C6)-알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트 단량체 (I)는 바람직하게는 30 내지 50 중량%, 특히 36 내지 46 중량%의 양으로 함유되며, (메트)아크릴레이트 중합체 (II)는 바람직하게는 1 내지 10 중량%, 특히 2 내지 8 중량%의 양으로 함유된 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 에폭시 관능성 화합물, 특히 글리시딜 화합물 및(또는) 카르복시 관능성 화합물, 특히 탄소 원자수가 3 내지 20인 포화, 직쇄, 지방족 디카르복실산이 부가적인 결합제로 함유된 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 5 내지 25 중량%의 특수 효과 안료, 유기 및(또는) 무기 착색 안료가 함유된 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 유기 및(또는) 무기 착색 안료와 성분 A가 고형분 함량 기준으로 25 내지 50 중량%의 양으로 함유된 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 특수 효과 안료와 성분 A가 고형분 함량 기준으로 15 내지 30 중량%의 양으로 함유된 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 단계 (B) 및 (E)에서 투명 탑코트 조성물로 수계 또는 용매계 클리어코트, 투명 분말 코팅, 투명 분말 슬러리 코팅, 용매 함유 및 수성 2액형 클리어코트를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- (A) 통상적인 프라이머 표면처리재로 코팅된 기체(substrate) 표면에 막 형성제로서 수성 중합체 분산액을 함유한 수성 코팅 조성물을 베이스코트 조성물로서 도포하고,(B) 그 결과 얻어진 베이스코트에 적절한 투명 탑코트 조성물을 도포하고,(C) 베이스코트를 탑코트와 함께 베이킹함으로써 기체 표면에 코팅이 도포되며, 베이스코트 조성물이(i) 30 내지 60 중량%의 C1-C8알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트 단량체, 30 내지 60 중량%의 비닐-방향족 단량체 및 0.5 내지 10 중량%의 (메트)아크릴산으로 이루어진 아크릴레이트 중합체 및(ii) (C1-C6)-알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트 및 (메트)아크릴산으로 이루어진 아크릴레이트 공중합체를 함유한 회합 작용이 없는 증점제를 함유한 수성 중합체 분산액을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 다층 코팅된 기체.
