Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. (A)常用の充填剤を被覆した基体表面に、皮膜形成剤として水性ポリマ ー分散液を含有する水性塗料を下塗り塗料として塗布し、 (B)こうして得られた下塗り層に適当な透明な上塗り塗料を塗布し、かつ (C)下塗り層を上塗り層と一緒に焼き付ける ことにより基体表面に多層被覆を製造する方法において、下塗り塗料が水性ポリ マー分散液を含有し、該分散液が (i)C1〜C8−アルキル(メタ)アクリレートモノマー30〜60重量%、ビ ニル芳香族モノマー30〜60重量%および(メタ)アクリル酸0.5〜10重 量%を基礎とするアクリレートポリマーおよび (ii)C1〜C6−アルキル(メタ)アクリレートおよび(メタ)アクリル酸を 基礎とするアクリレートコポリマーを含有する非会合作用する増粘剤 を含有することを特徴とする基体表面に多層被覆を製造する方法。 2. (D)常用の充填剤に塗布した下塗り層を、皮膜形成剤として水性ポリマ ー分散液を含有する水性塗料で修復し、 (E)工程(D)で得られた被覆層に適当な透明な上塗り塗料を被覆し、かつ (F)下塗り層を上塗り層と一緒に焼き付けることにより多層被覆を修復する方 法において、下塗り塗料が水性ポリマー分散液を含有し、該分散液が (i)C1〜C8−アルキル(メタ)アクリレートモノマー30〜60重量%、ビ ニル芳香族モノマー30〜60重量%および(メタ)アクリル酸0.5〜10重 量%を基礎とするアクリレートポリマーおよび (ii)C1〜C6−アルキル(メタ)アクリレートおよび(メタ)アクリル酸を基 礎とするアクリレートコポリマーを含有する非会合作用する増粘剤 を含有することを特徴とする多層被覆を修復する方法。 3. 成分(1)のC1〜C8−アルキル(メタ)アクリレートモノマーとして、 メチル(メタ)アクリレート、エチル(メタ)アクリレート、ブチル(メタ)ア クリレートおよび2−エチルヘキシル(メタ)アクリレートを使用する請求の範 囲1または2記載の方法。 4. ビニル芳香族モノマーとして、スチレン、α−アルキルスチレンおよびビ ニルトルエンを使用する請求の範囲1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 5. .成分(i)を固体含量30〜60重量%、有利には35〜60重量%の 固体含量を有する分散液の形で使用する請求の範囲1から4までのいずれか1項 記載の方法。 6. 成分(ii)のアクリレートコポリマーがモノ マー単位として(メタ)アクリル酸および少なくとも2個の異なるアクリレート モノマーを含有し、その際(メタ)アクリル酸が全部のコポリマーの量に対して 有利には40〜60重量%、特に有利には46〜55重量%の量で含有され、( C1〜C6)−アルキル(メタ)アクリレートモノマーIが有利にはそれぞれ全部 のコポリマーの量に対して、30〜50重量%、特に36〜46重量%の量で含 有され、かつ(メタ)アクリレートポリマーIIが有利には1〜10重量%、特 に2〜8重量%の量で含有されている請求の範囲1から5までのいずれか1項記 載の方法。 7. その他の結合剤として、エポキシ官能性化合物、特にグリシジル化合物お よび/またはカルボキシ官能性化合物、特に分子中に3〜20個の炭素原子を有 する飽和の、直鎖状の脂肪族ジカルボン酸が含有されている請求の範囲1から6 までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 8. 効果顔料、有機および/または無機の着色顔料5〜25重量%が含有され ている請求の範囲1から7までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 9. 有機および/または無機の着色顔料および成分Aが固体含量に対して25 〜50重量%の量で含有されている請求の範囲8記載の方法。 10.効果顔料および成分Aが固体含量に対して15〜30重量%の量で含有さ れている請求の範囲8記載 の方法。 11.工程(B)および(E)での透明な上塗り塗料として、水または溶剤ベー スのクリアーラッカー、粉末クリアーラッカー、粉末スラリークリアーラッカー 、溶剤含有のおよび水性の二成分クリアーラッカーを使用する請求の範囲1から 10までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 12.(A)常用の充填剤を被覆した基体表面に、皮形成剤として水性ポリマー 分散液を含有する水性塗料を下塗り塗料として塗布し、 (B)こうして得られた下塗り層に適当な透明な上塗り塗料を塗布し、かつ (C)下塗り層を上塗り層と一緒に焼き付ける ことにより塗膜が基体表面塗布されている多層被覆された基体において、下塗り 塗料が水性ポリマー散液を含有し、該分散液が (i)C1〜C8−アルキル(メタ)アクリレートモノマー30〜60重量%、ビ ニル芳香族モノマー30〜60重量%および(メタ)アクリル酸0.5〜10重 %を基礎とするアクリレートポリマーおよび (ii)C1〜C6−アルキル(メタ)アクリレートおよび(メタ)アクリル酸を 基礎とするアクリレートコポリマーを含有する非会合作用する増粘剤 を含有することを特徴とする多層被覆された基体。
