Claims (12)
- 타이어 케이스를 사전 처리하고 폭발에 의해 타이어 케이스를 분쇄시키는 것을 포함하는, 폐타이어 케이스를 분쇄시키는 방법에 있어서, 폭발 작용이 폭발 생성물의 지향성 순환 환상 흐름을 설정하기 위해 밀폐된 순환 시스템에서 타이어 케이스에 대해 이루어지는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 타이어 케이스의 파편이 반복 폭발 작용에 의해 추가로 분쇄되는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 타이어 케이스를 사전 처리하는 단계가 고주파수 전류로 타이어 케이스를 처리하는 것을 포함하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 타이어 케이스를 사전 처리하는 단계가 통상 주파수 전류를 사용한 금속 코오드의 유도 가열을 포함하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 타이어 케이스가 분쇄되기 전에 냉각되는 방법.
- 폐타이어 케이스(8)를 수용하기 위한 챔버(1,2) 및 폭발성 고정 유닛(13)을 포함하는, 폐타이어 케이스를 분쇄시키는 장치에 있어서, 분쇄 성분(7) 및 챔버(1,2)와 함께 순환 시스템을 형성하는 배관(3,4)을 구비하는 반면, 챔버(1,2)는 분쇄 성분(7) 및 폭발성 고정 유닛(13)이 수용되는 원추대 쉘(1)로 형상화된 부분을 갖고, 원추 형상 쉘(1)의 소직경 부분이 밸브를 통해 배관(4)의 한쪽 말단과 소통되고, 배관(3)의 다른 쪽 말단은 원추 형상 쉘(1)의 대직경 부분의 측부로부터 챔버(1,2)에 연결되는 장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 원추 형상 쉘(1)상에서 분쇄 성분(7)이 챔버(1,2)의 축 평면에 위치한 플레이트(7)로서 나타나고, 이 플레이트는 분쇄하려는 타이어 케이스(8)를 수용하는 공간을 설정하는 절흔을 갖는 장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 밸브가 원추 형상 쉘의 작은 기저부의 영역에 위치한 그리드로서 나타나고, 이 그리드는 쉘(1)상에서 보호된 플레이트(7)에 의해 형성되는 장치.
- 제 6 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 장치가 배관(3,4)에 위치한 그리드(5)로 제공되는 장치.
- 제 6 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 배관(3,4)에 원추 형상 쉘(1)의 큰 기저부를 연결시키는 챔버(2)의 벽이 원추대 쉘(2), 또는 원통형 관 연결기에 연결된 쉘로서 나타나는 장치.
- 제 6 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 원추 형상 쉘(1)의 큰 기저부의 측부상에 위치한 배관 엘보우(3)는 제거할 수 있고, 배관(3,4)의 정지 고정된 엘보우(4)는 생성물 방출 구멍(11)을 갖는 장치.
- 제 6 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 챔버(1,2) 및 배관(3,4)은 하우징(14)에서 에워싸여지고, 하우징(14)과 챔버(1,2) 사이 이외에, 하우징(14)과 배관(3,4) 사이의 공간(갭)이 비워지고, 상기 공간(갭)의 양이 폭발의 효과하에서 챔버(1,2) 및 배관(3,4)의 선상 배치를 초과하는 장치.
