Claims (9)
- 전기로에서 비철금속의 야금공정시 발생하는 슬래그를 세정하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 전기로에서의 슬래그 세정이 반연속식 공정으로 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기로에서의 슬래그 세정방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 슬래그 세정용 전기로는 2 개 이상의 배출구와 슬래그 출탕용 개별 라운더가 다른 높이로 위치되어 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기로에서의 슬래그 세정방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 하부 슬래그 출탕구가 슬래그의 하부 표면과 동일한 높이로 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기로에서의 슬래그 세정방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상부 슬래그 출탕구가 공급구의 높이에서 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기로에서의 슬래그 세정방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상부 슬래그 출탕구가, 정상으로부터 측정할 경우, 공급구와 하부 슬래그 출탕구간 높이의 단지 1/2 인 거리에서 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기로에서의 슬래그 세정방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상부 슬래그 출탕구가, 정상으로부터 측정할 경우, 공급구와 하부 슬래그 출탕구간 높이의 단지 1/3 인 거리에서 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기로에서의 슬래그 세정방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 노의 표준 충전 기간의 20 내지 50 % 정도의 기간동안, 전기로가 최대 용융 높이까지 충전된후라도, 슬래그가 제련노로부터 출탕된 상태로 전기로의 충전이 계속되고, 그런 후 충전이 정지되고 슬래그 배치가 배치식 공정과 동일한 방법으로 진행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기로에서의 슬래그 세정방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 노의 표준 충전 기간의 20 내지 50 % 정도의 기간동안, 전기로가 상부 출탕구의 높이까지 충전된후라도, 슬래그가 제련노로부터 출탕된 상태로 전기로의 충전이 계속되고, 그런 후 충전이 정지되고, 상부 출탕구가 폐쇄되고, 슬래그 표면이 최대 용융 높이까지 상승되고, 또한 슬래그 배치가 배치식 공정과 동일한 방법으로 처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기로에서의 슬래그 세정방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 배치식 공정과 동일한 방법으로 처리된 슬래그가 먼저 상부 출탕구를 그 후 하부 출탕구를 개방함으로써 배출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기로에서의 슬래그 세정방법.
