Claims (8)
- 2가의 금속 인산염으로 입자 지름이 5μm이하인 입자 및 3가의 금속 인산염으로 입자 지름이 5μm이하인 입자 군에서 선택한 하나 이상의 입자 지름이 5μm 이하인 입자와, 알칼리 금속염 또는 암모늄염 또는 이들의 혼합물을 함유하고, pH가 4 내지 13인 것을 특징으로 하는, 인산염 피막 형성처리전의 금속 표면의 컨디쇼닝액.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 입자 지름이 5μm 이하인 입자의 함유량이 0.001 내지 30g/L 이고, 2가의 금속 또는 3가의 금속이 Zn, Fe, Mn, Ni, Co, Ca, Al 중에서 선택한 하나 이상의 금속인 것을 특징으로 하는 인산염 피막처리전의 금속 표면 컨디쇼닝액.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 알칼리 금속염 또는 암모늄염이 올소 인산염, 메타 인산염, 올소 규산염, 탄산염, 중탄산염, 붕산염으로부터 선택한 하나 이상의 알칼리 금속염 또는 암모늄염이고, 그 농도가 0.5 내지 20g/L인 것을 특징으로 하는 인산염 피막형성처리전의 금속 표면 컨디쇼닝액.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 컨디쇼닝액이, 음이온성으로 대전하여 분산한 산화물 입자, 음이온성의 수용성 유기고분자, 비이온성 수용성 유기고분자, 음이온성 계면 활성제, 비이온성 계면 활성제의 군에서 선택한 하나 이상을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인산염 피막형성 처리전의 금속 표면의 컨디쇼닝액.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 음이온성에 대전하여 분산한 산화물 입자가, 평균 입자지름이 0.5μm 이하이고, 그 함유량이 0.001 내지 5g/L인 것을 특징으로 하는, 인산염 피막 형성처리전의 금속표면의 컨디쇼닝액.
- 음이온성으로 대전하여 분산한 산화물 입자가 Si, B, Ti, Zr, Al, Sb, Mg, Se, Zn, Sn, Fe, Mo 및 V인 것을 특징으로 하는 산화물.
- 금속표면에 인산염 피막을 형성하기 위하여, 미리 금속 표면을 청구항 1 내지 6항의 어느 한 항에 기재된 컨디쇼닝액과 접촉시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 인산염 피막 형성처리전의 금속 표면의 컨디쇼닝 프로세스.
- 금속 표면에 인산염 피막을 형성하기 위한 금속 표면의 활성화와 청정화를 함께 실시하기 위하여, 미리 금속 표면을 비이온성 계면 활성제 또는 음이온성 계면 활성제 또는 이러한 혼합물과, 빌더를 포함하는 청구항 1 내지 6에 기재된 컨디쇼닝액과 접촉시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 인산염 피막형성 처리전의 금속표면 컨디쇼닝 프로세스.
