Claims (24)

- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 곤충 종은 스포돕테라(Spodoptera) 및 헬리코베르파(Helicoverpa)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 속(genus)인, 조작된 살곤충 단백질.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 곤충 종은 헬리코베르파 지아(Helicoverpa Zea) 및 스포돕테라 프루기페르다(Spodoptera frugiperda)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는, 조작된 살곤충 단백질.
- 조작된 살곤충 단백질을 암호화하는 폴리뉴클레오타이드로서, 상기 폴리뉴클레오타이드는 이종 프로모터에 작동가능하게 연결되고, 상기 조작된 살곤충 단백질은 서열번호 44 또는 서열번호 40을 포함하는, 폴리뉴클레오타이드.
- 조작된 살곤충 단백질을 암호화하는 폴리뉴클레오타이드로서, 상기 폴리뉴클레오타이드는
a. 서열번호 43 또는 서열번호 39을 포함하거나; 또는
b. 서열번호 44 또는 서열번호 40을 포함하는 조작된 살곤충 단백질을 암호화하는 뉴클레오타이드 서열을 포함하는, 폴리뉴클레오타이드. - 서열번호 43 또는 서열번호 39를 포함하는 숙주 세포로서, 상기 숙주 세포는 박테리아 숙주 세포 또는 식물 숙주 세포로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는, 숙주 세포.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 박테리아 숙주 세포는 아그로박테리움(Agrobacterium), 리조비움(Rhizobium), 바실러스(Bacillus), 브레비바실러스(Brevibacillus), 에세리키아(Escherichia), 슈도모나스(Pseudomonas), 클렙시엘라(Klebsiella), 및 에르위니아(Erwinia)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는, 숙주 세포.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 식물 숙주 세포는 외떡잎식물 및 쌍떡잎식물로 이루어진 식물 군으로부터 선택되는, 숙주 세포.

- 제10항에 있어서, 조작된 살곤충 단백질과 상이한 적어도 하나의 곤충 저해제를 추가로 포함하는, 곤충 저해 조성물.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 곤충 저해제는 곤충 저해 단백질, 곤충 저해 dsRNA 분자, 및 곤충 저해 화학물질로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는, 곤충 저해 조성물.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 다른 살충 제제는 인시목, 딱정벌레목(Coleoptera), 노린재목(Hemiptera), 동시아목(Homoptera), 또는 총채벌레목(Thysanoptera) 중 하나 이상의 해충 종에 대하여 활성을 나타내는, 곤충 저해 조성물.

- 인시류 해충을 방제하는 방법으로서, 해충을 제16항의 형질전환 식물 또는 식물 부위에 노출시키는 단계를 포함하되, 상기 식물 또는 식물 부위는 조작된 살곤충 단백질의 인시류 저해량을 발현하는, 인시류 해충을 방제하는 방법.
- 제16항의 식물, 또는 식물 부위로부터 유래된 상품(commodity product)으로서, 검출가능한 양의 조작된 살곤충 단백질을 포함하는, 상품.
- 제18항에 있어서, 상기 상품은 식물 바이오매스, 오일, 밀(meal), 동물 사료, 가루, 플레이크, 겨(bran), 린트, 깍지(hull), 및 가공된 종자로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는, 상품.
- 제5항의 폴리뉴클레오타이드를 포함하는 종자를 생성하는 방법으로서,
