Abstract

Se revelan además toxinas Cry DIG-10, polinucleotidos que codifican dichas toxinas, y plantas transgénicas que producen tales toxinas. Reivindicacion 1: Un polipéptido aislado que comprende un segmento de toxina de nucleo seleccionado entre el grupo formado por (a) un polipéptido que comprende la secuencia de aminoácidos de residuos 97 a 631 de SEC ID Ns:2; (b) un polipéptido que comprende una secuencia de aminoácidos que posee por lo menos 90% de identidad de secuencia con la secuencia de aminoácidos de residuos 97 a 643 de SEC ID Ns:2; (c) un polipéptido que comprende una secuencia de aminoácidos de residuos 97 a 631 de SEC ID Ns:2 con hasta 20 sustituciones, eliminaciones o modificaciones de aminoácidos que no afectan adversamente la expresion o actividad de la toxina codificada por SEC ID Ns:2; o un fragmento insecticidamente activo del mismo.
