도 2는 본 발명의 실시예에 의한 전기로의 탈린 과정을 나타낸 순서도이다.

Claims (6)
- 전기로 내에 스크랩과 설정된 양의 생석회를 장입하는 단계;
상기 스크랩을 아크열을 통해 용융시키는 단계;
상기 전기로 내에 산소정련 공정을 위하여 산소를 취입하는 단계; 및
상기 생석회의 부족량을 대체하기 위하여 생석회의 1kg당 1.6 내지 2.1kg의 KR 슬래그를 용강으로 취입하여 탈린 공정을 촉진하는 단계;를 포함하고,
상기 KR 슬래그는 KR(Kanvara Reactor) 조업시 발생하고, CaO 50.1~60.1wt%, SiO2 7.4~11.4wt%, MgO 0.9~4.9wt%, Total Fe 13.3~19.3wt%, P2O5 0.25~0.35wt%, S 0.6~1.6wt% 및 나머지는 제강용 슬러지를 포함하는,
전기로에서의 용강 탈린 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 KR 슬래그는 수냉랜스를 통해 용강으로 취입되는 전기로에서의 용강 탈린 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 KR 슬래그는 제강공정의 KR(Kanvara Reactor) 조업시 발생하는 탈황 슬래그인 것인 전기로에서의 용강 탈린 방법.
- 삭제
- 생석회 대체재로서 KR(Kanvara Reactor) 조업시 발생하는 KR 슬래그를 이용하고,
상기 KR 슬래그는 CaO 50.1~60.1wt%, SiO2 7.4~11.4wt%, MgO 0.9~4.9wt%, Total Fe 13.3~19.3wt%, P2O5 0.25~0.35wt%, S 0.6~1.6wt% 및 나머지는 제강용 슬러지를 포함하는 전기로의 용강 탈린제.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,
상기 KR 슬래그는 생석회의 1kg당 1.6 내지 2.1kg로 대체되는 전기로의 용강 탈린제.
