Claims (10)
- 하기 화학식 (I)의 화합물의 산업적 합성 방법으로서, 상기 방법은 하기 화학식 (II)의 3-메톡시아세나프토퀴논을 강 염기의 존재하에 반응시켜 하기 화학식 (III)의 화합물을 수득하고, 이를 아미노화시켜 하기 화학식 (IV)의 화합물을 수득하고, 이를 환원계(reducing system)의 작용으로 처리하여 하기 화학식 (V)의 화합물을 수득하고, 이를 나트륨 아세테이트에 이어 무수 아세트산의 작용에 의해 연속으로 처리하여 고형물의 형태로 분리되는 화학식 (I)의 화합물을 수득하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화학식 (I)의 화합물의 산업적 합성 방법:
- 제 1항에 있어서, 화학식 (II)의 화합물의 화학식 (III)의 화합물로의 전환이 NaNH2를 이용하여 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화학식 (I)의 화합물의 합성 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 화학식 (IV)의 화합물의 화학식 (V)의 화합물로의 전환이 커플 BH3.THF/AlCl3를 이용하여 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화학식 (I)의 화합물의 합성 방법.
- 아고멜라틴의 합성에 중간체로서 사용되는 제 1항에 따른 화학식 (IV)의 화합물.
