Claims (12)
- 하기 화학식 (II)의 7-메톡시-1-나프톨에서 히드록시기를 이탈기로 변환시킨 후에, 이를 팔라듐 존재하에 하기 화학식 (III)의 화합물과 축합 반응시켜 화학식 (IV)의 화합물을 수득하고,이를 촉매 수소화 반응시켜 하기 화학식 (V)의 화합물을 수득하고,이를 염기 또는 산 가수분해시키거나 이성분 환원제/산 시스템으로 처리하여 하기 화학식 (VI)의 화합물 또는 이의 히드로클로라이드 염을 수득하고,이를 소듐 아세테이트로 처리한 후에 아세트산 무수물로 처리하여 고체 형태로 분리되는 화학식 (I)의 화합물을 수득함을 특징으로 하는 화학식 (I)의 화합물의 산업적 합성 방법:R' 및 R"은 동일하거나 상이할 수 있으며, 각각은 선형 또는 분지형 (C1-C6)알킬기이거나, R'와 R"은 함께 (C2-C3)알킬렌 사슬을 형성하며 형성된 고리는 페닐기와 융합될 수 있다.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 화학식 (III)의 화합물이 N-비닐프탈이미드임을 특징으로 하는 화학식 (I)의 화합물의 합성 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 화학식 (III)의 화합물이 아크릴아미드임을 특징으로 하는 화학식 (I)의 화합물의 합성 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 화학식 (IV)의 화합물을 수득하기 위한 화학식 (III)의 화합물의 축합이 팔라듐 테트라키스(트리페닐포스핀)을 이용하여 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 화학식 (I)의 화합물의 합성 방법.
