Claims (13)
- 화학식 Li2x[NixLi(1-2x)/3Mn(2-x)/3]O1.5+x(여기서, 0<x<0.5)을 갖는 리튬 이온 전지용 캐소드 조성물로서,상기 조성물은, 리튬 이온 전지에 합체되어, 30mA/g의 방전 전류를 사용하여 30℃, 130mAh/g의 최종 용량에서 100회의 완전한 충전 방전 사이클의 사이클 동작이 이루어질 때, 스피넬(spinel) 결정 구조로의 상 전이를 겪지 않는 O3 결정 구조를 갖는 단일상의 형태로 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이온 전지용 캐소드 조성물.
- (a) 애노드;(b) 캐소드; 및(c) 전해질을 포함하며, 상기 캐소드는 상기 제1항의 캐소드 조성물을 포함하는 것인 리튬 이온 전지.
