Description
Claims (11)
- 높이 조절 스핀들 상에서 높이 조절이 가능한 긴 너트에 고정되고, 레일 아래서 결합하는 횡행 켄티레버를 갖추고, 하부 구조물 상의 궤도의 높이 조절과 정렬을 위한 스핀들 장치에 있어서,상기 횡행 켄티레버는 수평 축(20)을 중심으로 피봇 가능하게 긴 너트(4)상에 장착된 수평 스핀들 플레이트(7)로서 형성되고, 그리고 그 위에는 레일저부(12)를 위한 클램핑 장착장치가 제공된 슬라이드가 높이 조절 스핀들에 대해 가로지르는 방향으로 제 2 스핀들 장치(14,15,16)에 의해 변위 가능하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 스핀들 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 슬라이드는 클램핑 후크(10)를 구비한 수평 스핀들 플레이트(7)를 에워 싸는 가이드 레일(18)들이 제공되는 리브 플레이트(8)와, 통상적인 레일저부 스크류 클램프(11)들로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 스핀들 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수평 스핀들 플레이트(7) 상의 걸이(16)를 관통하는 견고한 수평 스핀들(14)은 상기 슬라이드(8,18)에 고정되고, 그 길이 방향 축을 따르는 양측에서 상기 걸이(16)에 접하는 조절 너트(17)에 의해서 변위 가능함을 특징으로 하는 스핀들 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 클램핑 후크(10a,10b,10c)는 상기 리브 플레이트(8) 위로 제거 가능함을 특징으로 하는 스핀들 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 클램핑 후크는 상기 레일저부(12)를 덮는 클램핑 플레이트(10b)를 위한 스크류(10a)로 형성된 것임을 특징으로 하는 스핀들 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 제2 스핀들 장치(14,28)는 상기 슬라이드와 상기 수평 스핀들 플레이트(7) 모두에 탈착 가능하게 고정됨을 특징으로 하는 스핀들 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수평 스핀들 플레이트(7)의 수평 피봇 죠인트(6)는 고정가능한 것임을 특징으로 하는 스핀들 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 긴 너트(4)는 그 강성을 증가시키기 위하여 상기 높이 조절 스핀들을 덮는 것임을 특징으로 하는 스핀들 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 높이 조절 스핀들(3)을 위한 지지 레일(31)을 포함하고, 상기 지지 레일은 궤도 하부 구조물 상에 지지되도록 고정됨을 특징으로 하는 스핀들 장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 지지 레일(31)은 상기 높이 조절 스핀들(3)을 위한 돌출 받침 플랜지(32)를 갖추고 서로 대향하여 배치된 각진 레일(30)들이거나 또는 U-형의 윤곽을 갖는 것임을 특징으로 하는 스핀들 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 높이 조절 스핀들(3)과 상기 수평 스핀들 플레이트(7) 사이의 기립 각도가 점진적이고 연속적으로 변동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스핀들 장치.
