Description
C1-C4알콕시 또는 할로겐으로 임의로 치환된 C1-C4 알킬이고;
Claims (8)
- a) 시스 이성체, 트랜스 이성체 또는 이들의 혼합물인 화학식 2의 알킬 비닐 에테르 화합물을 헥산, 펜탄, 헵탄, 메틸렌 클로라이드, 클로로포름, 디클로로에탄, 벤젠, 톨루엔, 자일렌, 클로로벤젠, o-디클로로벤젠, 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 제 1 용매의 존재하에서 1 몰당량 이상의 빌스마이어 시약과 반응시켜 제 1 중간체를 형성하는 단계;b) 제 1 중간체를 트리에틸아민, 피리딘, 루티딘, N,N-디메틸피페리딘, 및 N-메틸피롤리딘으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 2 몰당량 이상의 유기아민 염기의 존재하에서 1 몰당량 이상의 화학식 3의 옥살아세테이트와 반응시켜 제 2 중간체를 형성하는 단계; 및c) 제 2 중간체를 물, C1-C4알카놀, C1-C4카복시산, 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 제 2 용매의 존재하에서 암모니아 원과 반응시켜 화학식 1의 피리딘 디에스테르 산물을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는, 화학식 1의 화합물의 제조방법.화학식 1화학식 2화학식 3상기 식에서,R1은 H, 또는C1-C4알콕시 또는 할로겐으로 치환되거나 치환되지 않은 C1-C4알킬이고;R2와 R3는 각각 독립적으로 C1-C6알킬이며;R은 C1-C4알킬이다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제 1 용매가 할로겐화 탄화수소인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 유기아민 염기가 트리에틸아민인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제 2 용매가 C1-C4알칸올 또는 C1-C4카복실산 또는 이들의 혼합물인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 암모니아 원이 암모늄 아세테이트인 방법.
