- (a) 코리네박테리움 속 또는 에스케리키아 속에 속하며 또한 뉴클레오티드의 전구 물질로부터 뉴클레오사이드-5'-삼인산(이하, NTP라고 약칭한다)을 생산하는 능력을 갖는 미생물을 포함한 배양액 또는 당해 배양액의 농축물, 배양액의 건조물, 배양액을 원심분리하여 수득된 배양 상등액, 배양 상등액의 농축물, 배양 상등액으로부터 수득된 효소 표준품, 배양액을 원심분리하여 수득된 세포, 당해 세포의 건조물, 당해 세포의 동결 건조물, 당해 세포의 계면활성제 처리물, 당해 세포의 초음파 처리물, 당해 세포의 기계적 마쇄 처리물, 당해 세포의 용매 처리물, 당해 세포의 효소 처리물, 당해 세포의 단백질 분획물, 당해 세포의 고정화물 또는 당해 세포로부터 추출하여 수득된 효소 표준품, 및 (b) 코리네박테리움 속 또는 에스케리키아 속에 속하며 또한 당과 NTP로부터 당 뉴클레오티드를 생산하는 능력을 갖는 미생물을 포함한 배양액 또는 당해 배양액의 건조물, 당해 배양액을 원심분리하여 수득되는 배양 상등액, 당해 배양 상등액의 농축물, 당해 배양액을 원심분리하여 수득되는 세포, 당해 세포의 건조물, 당해 세포의 동결 건조물, 당해 세포의 계면활성제 처리물, 당해 세포의 용매 처리물, 당해 세포의 효소 처리물 또는 당해 세포의 고정화물을 효소원으로서 사용하여 이들 효소원, 뉴클레오티드의 전구 물질 및 당을 수성 매체 속에 존재시키고, 이러한 수성 매체 속에 당 뉴클레오티드를 생성 축적시켜 수성 매체 속에서 당 뉴클레오티드를 채취함을 특징으로 하는 당 뉴클레오티드의 제조법.
- (a) 코리네박테리움 속 또는 에스케리키아 속에 속하며 또한 뉴클레오티드의 전구 물질로부터 뉴클레오사이드-5'-삼인산(이하, NTP라고 약칭한다)을 생산하는 능력을 갖는 미생물을 포함한 배양액 또는 당해 배양액의 농축물, 배양액의 건조물, 배양액을 원심분리하여 수득된 배양 상등액, 배양 상등액의 농축물, 배양 상등액으로부터 수득된 효소 표준품, 배양액을 원심분리하여 수득된 세포, 당해 세포의 건조물, 당해 세포의 동결 건조물, 당해 세포의 계면활성제 처리물, 당해 세포의 초음파 처리물, 당해 세포의 기계적 마쇄 처리물, 당해 세포의 용매 처리물, 당해 세포의 효소 처리물, 당해 세포의 단백질 분획물, 당해 세포의 고정화물 또는 당해 세포로부터 추출하여 수득된 효소 표준품, (b) 코리네박테리움 속 또는 에스케리키아 속에 속하며 또한 당과 NTP로부터 당 뉴클레오티드를 생산하는 능력을 갖는 미생물을 포함한 배양액 또는 당해 배양액의 건조물, 당해 배양액을 원심분리하여 수득되는 배양 상등액, 당해 배양 상등액의 농축물, 당해 배양액을 원심분리하여 수득되는 세포, 당해 세포의 건조물, 당해 세포의 동결 건조물, 당해 세포의 계면활성제 처리물, 당해 세포의 용매 처리물, 당해 세포의 효소 처리물 또는 당해 세포의 고정화물 및 (c) 당 뉴클레오티드와 복합 당질 전구 물질로부터 복합 당질을 생산하는 능력을 갖는 미생물, 동물 세포 또는 곤충 세포의 배양액이나 당해 배양액의 처리물을 효소원으로서 사용하여 이들 효소원, 뉴클레오티드의 전구 물질, 당 및 복합 당질 전구 물질을 수성 매체 속에 존재시키고, 이러한 수성 매체 속에 복합 당질을 생성 축적시켜 수성 매체 속에서 복합 당질을 채취함을 특징으로 하는 복합 당질의 제조법.
- 당 뉴클레오티드와 복합 당질 전구 물질로부터 복합 당질을 생산하는 능력을 갖는 미생물, 동물 세포나 곤층 세포의 배양액 또는 당해 배양액의 처리물을 효소원으로서 사용하여 당해 효소원, 복합 당질 전구 물질 및 제1항에 따른 제조법으로 수득되는 당 뉴클레오티드를 수성 매체 속에 존재시키고, 당해 수성 매체 속에 복합 당질을 생성 축적시켜 수성 매체 속에서 복합 당질을 채취함을 특징으로 하는 복합 당질의 제조법.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 배양액의 처리물이 배양액의 농축물, 배양액의 건조물, 배양액을 원심분리하여 수득된 배양 상등액, 배양 상등액의 농축물, 배양 상등액으로부터 수득된 효소 표준품, 배양액을 원심분리하여 수득된 세포, 당해 세포의 건조물, 당해 세포의 동결 건조물, 당해 세포의 계면활성제 처리물, 당해 세포의 초음파 처리물, 당해 세포의 기계적 마쇄 처리물, 당해 세포의 용매 처리물, 당해 세포의 효소 처리물, 당해 세포의 단백질 분획물, 당해 세포의 고정화물 또는 당해 세포로부터 추출하여 수득된 효소 표준품임을 특징으로 하는 제조법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 뉴클레오티드의 전구 물질이 오르토산, 우라실, 오로티딘, 우리딘, 시토신, 시티딘, 아데닌, 아데노신, 구아닌, 구아노신, 히포크산틴, 이노신, 크산틴, 크산토신, 이노신-5'-일인산, 크산토신-5'-일인산, 구아노신-5'-일인산, 우리딘-5'-일인산 또는 시티딘-5'-일인산인 제조법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 당 뉴클레오티드가 우리딘이인산 화합물, 구아노신이인산 화합물 또는 시티딘일인산 화합물인 제조법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 우리딘이인산 화합물, 구아노신이인산 화합물 및 시티딘일인산 화합물이 우리딘이인산글루코즈, 우리딘이인산갈락토즈, 우리딘이인산-N-아세틸글루코사민, 우리딘이인산-N-아세틸갈락토사민, 우리딘이인산글루클론산, 구아노신이인산만노즈, 구아노신이인산푸코즈, 시티딘일인산-N-아세틸노이라민산 및 이들의 유도체 중에서 선택되는 화합물인 제조법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 당이 글루코즈, 프룩토즈, 갈락토즈, 글루코사민, N-아세틸글루코사민, N-아세틸갈락토사민, 만노즈, 푸코즈, N-아세틸만노사민, 아세틸노이라민산 및 이들의 유도체 중에서 선택되는 당인 제조법.
