Claims (12)
- 합성운모 상에 금속산화물을 코팅하여 제조되는 펄 광택성 안료의 제조방법에 있어서, 합성 운모와 물을 워터믹서 내에서 교반하여 100∼500㎛의 입자크기로 분쇄한 후에 분급하는 단계;상기 분급된 합성운모 입자를 물에 분산시키고 산을 첨가하여 pH를 1∼4로 유지하는 단계;상기 pH의 범위를 유지하면서 원하는 색상이 얻어질 때까지 금속산화물의 전구체를 염기성 수용액과 함께 첨가하여 상기 합성운모 입자 상에 적어도 하나의 수화된 금속산화물층을 형성시키는 단계; 및상기 금속 산화물층이 코팅된 합성운모를 여과하고, 수세하고, 건조하고, 그리고 소성하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 펄 광택성 안료의 제조방법.
- 합성운모 상에 금속산화물을 코팅하여 제조되는 펄 광택성 안료의 제조방법에 있어서, 합성 운모와 물을 습식분쇄기를 사용하여 5∼500㎛의 입자크기로 분쇄한 후에 분급하는 단계;상기 분급된 합성운모 입자를 물에 분산시킨 후에 양이온성 계면활성제, 음이온성 계면활성제, 비이온성 계면활성제 또는 양성 이온성 계면활성제를 0.0001∼1.0 중량% 첨가하는 단계;상기 계면활성제를 함유하는 분산액에 산을 첨가하여 pH를 1∼4로 유지하는 단계;상기 pH의 유지하면서 원하는 색상이 얻어질 때까지 금속산화물의 전구체를 염기성 수용액과 함께 첨가하여 상기 합성운모 입자 상에 수화된 금속산화물층을 형성시키는 단계; 및상기 금속산화물층이 코팅된 합성운모를 여과하고, 수세하고, 건조하고, 그리고 소성하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 펄 광택성 안료의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 금속산화물층이 단일금속층 또는 2가지 이상의 금속층으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 펄 광택성 안료의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 금속산화물 층이 이산화티탄(TiO2), 산화철(Fe2O3), 또는 이들의 결합물의 층인 것을 특징으로 하는 펄 광택성 안료의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 금속산화물층이 이산화티탄(TiO2), 산화철(Fe2O3), 또는 이들의 결합물을 주된 금속산화물로 하고, 이산화주석(SnO2), 이산화지르코늄(ZrO2), 이산화규소(SiO2), 산화알루미늄(Al2O3), 산화마그네슘(MgO),이산화망간(MnO2) 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 금속산화물을 보조 금속산화물로 하여 1 또는 2 이상의 층으로 형성된 것임을 특징으로 하는 펄 광택성 안료의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 소성단계 후에 크롬, 지르코늄, 알루미늄 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 금속산화물층을 더 형성시키거나 실란으로 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 펄 광택성 안료의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 합성운모의 분산액에 음이온성 계면활성제, 양이온성 계면활성제, 양성이온성 계면활성제 또는 비이온성 계면활성제를 0.0001∼1.0 중량% 첨가하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 펄 광택성 안료의 제조방법.
- 제2항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 상기 음이온성 계면활성제는 소디움 비스트리데실 설포숙시네이트(sodium bistridecyl sulfosuccinate) 또는 소디움 디이소프로필 나프탈렌 설포네이트(sodium diisopropyl naphthalene sulfonate)이고, 상기 양이온성 계면활성제는 알킬아민-구아니딘 폴리옥시에탄올(alkylamine-guanidine polyoxyethanol)이며, 상기 양성이온성 계면활성제는 코코아미도프로필 비테인(cocoamidopropyl betaine)이고, 그리고 상기 비이온성 계면활성제는 소르비탄 모노오리에이트(Sorbitan Mono-oleate)인 것을 특징으로 하는 펄 광택성 안료의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 합성운모의 분쇄단계는 상기 워터믹서 내에 물과 합성운모를 10 : 1 ∼ 1 : 1의 중량비로 투입한 후에 100∼1000 rpm의 회전속도로 30분 내지 2시간 동안 교반시킨 것임을 특징으로 하는 펄 광택성 안료의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 합성운모의 분쇄단계 후에 습식분쇄기를 사용하여 5∼100㎛의 크기로 상기 합성운모 입자를 분쇄하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 펄 광택성 안료의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 따라 제조되는 펄 광택성 안료.
- 제2항에 따라 제조되는 펄 광택성 안료.
