Claims (8)
- 연속주조용주형(1)의 대향측면벽의 상호간에 정자장을 인가시켜서 침지노즐(2)을 통해서 연속주조용주형(1)내에 공급하는 용강의 분출류를 제어함에 있어서, 6t/min이상의 배출로해서 용강을 연속주조용주형(1)내에 공급함과 동시에 공심초전도전자석(3)을 사용해서 연속주조용주형(1)의 메니스커스부에 자속밀도가 적어도 0.5T가되는 정자장을, 침지노즐(2)의 토출구로부터 분출된 용강분출류의 하부영역에는 자속밀도가 0.5T 이상이되는 정자장을 각각 동시에 인가시키는것을 특징으로하는 강의 연속주조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서 정자장을 메니스커스부 및 용강분출류의 하부영역을 포함하는 주형폭방향의 전체영역에 인가시키는것을 특징으로하는 강의 연속주조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서 용강의 공급중에 하기식을 만족시키도록 연속주조용주형(1)을 진동시키는 것을 특징으로하는 강의 연속주조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서 침지노즐(2)에 하기의 조건을 만족시키는 가스를 주입하는것을 특징으로하는 강의 연속주조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서 침지노즐(2)이 단공식의 직선노즐인것을 특징으로하는 강의 연속주조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서 연속주조용주형(1)의 대향측면벽의 배면에 각각 정자장을 인가시키는 초전도전자석(3)을 주형의 지지계와는 독립해서 배치하고 주조상황에 따라 초전도전자석(3)의 자극간거리를 그들의 상호 접근, 격리에의해 변경해서 정자장의 자속밀도를 조정하는것을 특징으로하는 강의 연속주조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서 연속주조용주형(1)내에서 전류를 인가시키는것을 특징으로하는 강의 연속주조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서 정자장의 인가에의해 생기는 유도전류를 연속주조용주형(1)의 단변측면벽(1a)으로부터 빼내고 또한쪽의 단변측면벽(1a)측으로 보내서 그 유도전류를 회전시키도록 한것을 특징으로하는 강의 연속주조방법.
