Description
Claims (4)
- 弾力的伸縮性をもつ筒状の内層(24)及び外層(26)を有し、内圧の変化によって拡張及び収縮が可能なバルーン(14)と、
前記内層(24)と前記外層(26)との間に、前記バルーン(14)に対して少なくとも一部が可動に配置された筒網状の補強部材(28)と、を備え、
前記補強部材(28)は、第1スリーブ(37)と、前記第1スリーブ(37)の軸方向の両端部をそれぞれ囲む第2スリーブ(38)とを有し、
前記第2スリーブ(38)の最大拡張径が、前記第1スリーブ(37)の最大拡張径よりも小さく設定されている、
ことを特徴とするカテーテル(10)。 - 請求項1記載のカテーテル(10)において、
前記内層(24)又は前記外層(26)に対する前記第2スリーブ(38)の摩擦係数は、前記内層(24)又は前記外層(26)に対する前記第1スリーブ(37)の摩擦係数よりも大きい、
ことを特徴とするカテーテル(10)。 - 請求項1記載のカテーテル(10)において、
前記第1スリーブ(37)と第2スリーブ(38)の各々は、複数の線状部材(29、30)を交差させて織って形成したものであり、
前記第2スリーブ(38)を構成する前記線状部材(30)の織り角度が、前記第1スリーブ(37)を構成する前記線状部材(29)の織り角度よりも大きいことにより、前記第2スリーブ(38)の最大拡張径が、前記第1スリーブ(37)の最大拡張径よりも小さく設定されており、
前記第1スリーブ(37)を構成する前記線状部材(29)の前記織り角度は、収縮状態の前記第1スリーブ(37)の軸方向に対する当該線状部材(29)の傾斜角度であり、
前記第2スリーブ(38)を構成する前記線状部材(30)の前記織り角度は、収縮状態の前記第2スリーブ(38)の軸方向に対する当該線状部材(30)の傾斜角度である、
ことを特徴とするカテーテル(10)。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のカテーテル(10)において、
前記補強部材(28)は、引張破断強度が2GPa以上、弾性率が50GPa以上の高強度繊維により形成される、
ことを特徴とするカテーテル(10)。
