Claims (10)
- 血管形成術用のカテーテルであって、
血管内に嵌まり込むサイズとされた細長いキャリアであって、前記キャリアは、前記血管を通るように延びるガイドワイヤ用管腔を有し、前記細長いキャリアは、遠位端および外側表面を有する、キャリアと、
前記キャリアの遠位端の近くに配置された血管形成術用のバルーンであって、前記バルーンの遠位端は、前記キャリアの遠位端の近くにおいて前記キャリアに密着され、前記バルーンは、前記バルーンを膨張させる流体を受け入れるように配列され、前記バルーンは、前記血管の壁に接触するように構成されており、前記細長いキャリアの前記外側表面は、前記バルーンが膨張されているとき、前記流体に接触し、前記細長いキャリアの前記遠位端は、前記バルーンの外側に位置決めされる、バルーンと、
一対の電極を含むアーク発生器であって、前記電極は、前記バルーンと非接触の関係で前記バルーン内に位置決めされている、アーク発生器と
