Description
図1は、本発明に係る流路切換弁の実施形態1の全体構成を示す斜視図であり、図2は、図1に示す流路切換弁の縦断面図であり、図3は、図1に示す流路切換弁の正面図であり、図4は、図2に示す弁体の斜視図である。また、図5〜図7は、図1に示す流路切換弁による流路切換方法を説明した横断面図であり、それぞれ、第1流れ状態、第2流れ状態、両流路が閉じられた状態を示す図である。なお、図2及び図3では、回転駆動装置としてのモータを省略して示している。図示する流路切換弁1は、例えば加熱された給水(水道水)が流通する流路や加熱されない給水(水道水)が流通する流路等の複数の流路が設けられた給湯システムにおいて、各流路を切り換える切換弁として使用されるものである。
図8〜図10は、本発明に係る流路切換弁の実施形態2による流路切換方法を説明した横断面図であり、それぞれ、第1流れ状態、第2流れ状態、両流路が閉じられた状態を示す図である。
図11〜図13は、本発明に係る流路切換弁の実施形態3による流路切換方法を説明した横断面図であり、それぞれ、第1流れ状態、両流路が閉じられた状態、第2流れ状態を示す図である。
図14〜図16は、本発明に係る流路切換弁の実施形態4による流路切換方法を説明した横断面図であり、それぞれ、第1流れ状態、両流路が閉じられた状態、第2流れ状態を示す図である。

Claims (7)
- 内部に弁室が設けられると共に外周部に前記弁室に連なる第1及び第2流入口と第1及び第2流出口とが周方向で設けられた弁本体と、前記弁室内に回転自在に収容されると共に外周部に第1〜第4の連通孔が周方向で設けられた円筒状弁体部を有する弁体と、前記弁体を軸心周りで回転させるための回転駆動装置と、を備えた流路切換弁であって、
前記第1〜第4の連通孔は、周方向で隣り合う連通孔同士の角度間隔が異なり、
前記第1及び第2の連通孔を介して連なる前記第1流入口と前記第1流出口とにより第1流路が形成され、
前記第3及び第4の連通孔を介して連なる前記第2流入口と前記第2流出口とにより第2流路が形成され、
前記第1流路と前記第2流路とは、前記弁体の回転位置の変化に応じて切換えられることを特徴とする流路切換弁。 - 前記第1の連通孔と前記第2の連通孔の周方向の角度間隔、及び前記第3の連通孔と前記第4の連通孔の周方向の角度間隔は、いずれも90度もしくは180度であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流路切換弁。
- 前記第1流路と前記第2流路とは直交しており、
前記第1及び第2の連通孔は、前記第3及び第4の連通孔に対して周方向に60度もしくは120度の角度間隔を置いて設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の流路切換弁。 - 前記第1〜第4の連通孔、並びに/又は、前記第1及び第2流入口と前記第1及び第2流出口は、軸心方向の長さが周方向の長さよりも長い縦長形状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の流路切換弁。
- 前記円筒状弁体部と前記弁本体との間にシール部材が配設されていることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の流路切換弁。
- 前記シール部材は、前記第1及び第2流入口と前記第1及び第2流出口に対応する位置に貫通孔が設けられた環状の一部材から構成されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の流路切換弁。
- 前記シール部材に、前記貫通孔の周囲に沿って該シール部材の外周面から外側へ向かって外側リブが設けられ、前記弁本体の内壁面に、前記外側リブと当接する突起が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の流路切換弁。
