Claims (21)
- 試料採取部位の皮膚表面に形成された切開口から体液試料を得るための構造体において、
前記皮膚表面を突刺すための形状をした第1端部と、前記第1端部と連通する内部ルーメンとを有し、検定部材を保持するハブに取り付けられた少なくとも1つの皮膚貫通部材と、
前記少なくとも1つの皮膚貫通部材及び前記ハブと作動的に組合わされた少なくとも1つの捩りばねアクチュエータと、
少なくとも前記切開口の形成よりも前に、前記試料採取部位で体液を容易に流出させるように構成された少なくとも1つの促進装置とを含み、
前記少なくとも1つの捩りばねアクチュエータが、前記ハブ及び前記少なくとも1つの皮膚貫通部材を正確な軌道で枢動させるように構成されて、前記内部ルーメンを通して体液を移送する間に切開口を塞いだ状態になるように、前記少なくとも1つの皮膚貫通部材を位置付ける、構造体。 - 前記少なくとも1つの皮膚貫通部材がマイクロ針を含む請求項1に記載された構造体。
- 前記捩りばねアクチュエータが、前記少なくとも1つの皮膚貫通部材の前記第1の端部によって前記切開口が塞がれる中立位置を含む請求項1に記載された構造体。
- 前記少なくとも1つの皮膚貫通部材の貫通深さを制限する積極的な止め部材を備えていない請求項1に記載された構造体。
- 前記少なくとも1つの促進装置が前記試料採取部位に対して真空圧、正圧、熱、振動、または局部薬剤を与えるための装置を含む請求項1に記載された構造体。
- 前記促進装置が前記試料採取部位に真空圧を作用させるように構成されて配設されたポンプを含む請求項1に記載された構造体。
- 前記ポンプと作動的に関連された制御装置を更に含む請求項6に記載された構造体。
- ハウジングに配設された受承部材、または、使用者の皮膚上の前記試料採取部位に適合するように構成された付属部材を更に含む請求項1に記載された構造体。
- 前記受承部材が開口を有し、該開口が約3〜8mmの直径または長径を有する請求項8に記載された構造体。
- 前記受承部材がエラストマー製シールを含む請求項8に記載された構造体。
- 請求項1に記載された構造体を含む一体型の体液採取・分析装置。
- 少なくとも1つの分析物質定量部材を更に含む請求項11に記載された一体型の体液採取・分析装置。
- 前記分析物質定量部材が検定パッドと、前記検定パッドと光学的に通じた検出装置とを含む請求項12に記載された一体型の体液採取・分析装置。
- 前記検出装置が少なくとも1つのCMOSを基にした検出部材を含む請求項13に記載された一体型の体液採取・分析装置。
- 前記検出装置がCMOSを基にした検出部材の直線アレーまたは面積アレーを含む請求項14に記載された一体型の体液採取・分析装置。
- 前記促進装置と協働するように組み合わされた制御装置を更に含み、また、前記分析物質定量部材が、前記制御装置と協働するように組み合わされ、もって前記促進装置が少なくとも一部分で前記制御装置によって前記分析物質定量部材から受取ったフィードバックに基づいて制御されるようになされている請求項12に記載された一体型の体液採取・分析装置。
- 使い捨てカートリッジに配置された、複数の皮膚貫通部材、複数のアクチュエータ、および、複数の分析物質定量部材を更に含み、カートリッジを交換せずに一体装置を使用して複数回の試験を実行できる請求項12に記載された一体型の体液採取・分析装置。
- 前回の試料採取実施後に、新しい皮膚貫通部材、アクチュエータおよび分析物質定量部材を使用できるようにするために、前記カートリッジが移動可能である請求項17に記載された一体型の体液採取・分析装置。
- 手持ち式の作動、着用されての作動、または使用者の選択に応じた手持ち式または着用式の切替作動ができるように構成された請求項11に記載された一体型の体液採取・分析装置。
- 装置が指先での試料採取、代替部位での試料採取、または使用者の選択に応じた指先/代替部位での切替え式試料採取ができるように構成された請求項1に記載された構造体。
- 前記受承部材が前記試料採取部位の上に置かれた時にこれを感知するように構成され配設されたセンサーを更に含み、前記試料採取部位の感知がなされた時に、前記促進手段が自動的に起動されて、前記少なくとも1つの皮膚貫通部材が皮膚内に動かされるようになっている請求項8に記載された構造体。
