Description
第1の問題点は、一方の鉗子部材でしか電流は供給されないことである。詳細には、鉗子部材の後端に設けられたハンドル装置に固定された端子から、2つの鉗子部材の間のピボットジョイントまで共通のルートをたどる2本のワイヤにより電流が供給される。その地点から、ワイヤはそれらが電気的に接続された電極へと分かれて延びる。この構成により鉗子の操作が容易となるが、ワイヤの構成、特に鉗子部材を接続するジョイントの近傍のワイヤの構成により、特に鉗子を頻繁に使用する場合にそれらを摩耗しやすく裂けやすくし、電気リード線に破損が生じ得る。この種の鉗子に大きな機械的負荷がかかる為に、上記のような不都合が生じやすい。

Claims (7)
- 絶縁性ねじ又はそれに類似したピボットジョイント(16)により、相互に機械的に連結されると共に、互いに対して回転自在であり、互いに対して電気的に絶縁された2つの鉗子部材(12、14)と、
前記鉗子部材(12、14)の先端(22、24)に設けられ、組織を掴み、組織に電流を流して凝固を生じさせる為の電極(18、20)と、
前記鉗子部材(12、14)の後端(30、32)に設けられたハンドル装置(26、28)と、
前記ピボットジョイント(16)と前記後端(30、32)との間に設けられ、閉鎖位置で前記鉗子部材(12、14)を互いにロックさせるラチェット(36、38)と、よりなる双極性鉗子(10)であって、
前記鉗子部材(12、14)は前記電極(18、20)にそれぞれ電流を供給する電流供給手段として機能し、
前記一方の鉗子部材(14)の後端には、前記鉗子部材(12、14)にそれぞれ電流を供給する前記電流供給手段の端子(34)が設けられ、
前記一方の電極(20)は、一方の鉗子部材(14)を介して端子(34)と電気的に接続されており、
前記他方の電極(18)は、前記ラチェット(36、38)が閉鎖位置にある場合のみ、他方の鉗子部材(12)及びラチェット(36、38)を介して端子(34)と電気的に接続されることを特徴とする双極性鉗子部材。 - 前記電流供給手段としての前記鉗子部材(12、14)は、その外部及び/又は内部に沿って少なくとも部分的に案内される電気リード線(40、42、43)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の双極性鉗子。
- 前記鉗子部材(12、14)は少なくとも部分的に絶縁材料でできており、
前記電気リード線(40、42、43)は、前記鉗子部材(12、14)上又は内部に設けられた、案内装置としての溝、穴又はチャネルにより案内されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の双極性鉗子。 - 前記ラチェット(36、38)の少なくとも一方は、導電性のロック部(48)とキャリア部(50)とを備え、
前記ロック部(48)に電気的に接続、特に半田接合された電気リード部(54)を収容する間隙がロック部(48)とキャリア部(50)との間に形成されるように、ロック部(48)をキャリア部(50)に固定することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の双極性鉗子。 - 前記電流供給手段としての前記一方の鉗子部材(14)の内部には、2本の電気リード線(40、43)が案内され、
該電気リード線の一方(40)は、前記鉗子部材(14)の先端(22)の電極(18)まで延び、かつ、電気的に接続され、
他方の電気リード線(43)は、前記ラチェット(38)のロック部(48)まで延び、かつ、電気的に接続され、
前記他方の鉗子部材(12)は導電材料からなることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の双極性鉗子。 - 前記電流供給手段としての前記鉗子部材(12、14)は導電性材料、特に金属で構成されており、それらの外側は電気的に絶縁されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の双極性鉗子。
- 前記ピボットジョイント(16)は絶縁性であり、回転軸としてのピン(46)を備え、
該ピン(46)は、特にセラミック製の絶縁性ソケット(44)内で前記他方の鉗子部材(12)内に着座していることを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れか1項に記載の双極性鉗子。
