Abstract
Description
外形寸法が10mm(L)×10mm(W)×0.5mm(H)で、抵抗体長さ1.5mm(L12)が適当である。
また、200〜300Aの電流を測定したい場合、抵抗値を0.2mΩとすると、
外形寸法が10mm(L)×10mm(W)×0.25mm(H)で、抵抗体長さ1.5mm(L12)が適当である。
Claims (4)
- 電極用金属と抵抗体金属を準備し、
前記電極用金属と前記抵抗体金属と前記電極用金属を重ね、重ねた方向から圧力を加えて一体化した抵抗器母材を形成し、
前記抵抗器母材を、前記重ねた方向と直交する方向から圧力を加えて薄板状とし、
前記薄板状とした抵抗器母材から個別の抵抗器を得る、抵抗器の製造方法。 - 前記抵抗器母材の形成は、熱間圧接工法を用いる請求項1に記載の抵抗器の製造方法。
- 前記抵抗体金属と前記電極用金属との接合面は、それぞれの金属の厚みよりも広い接合面となる形状に加工されている、請求項1または請求項2に記載の抵抗器の製造方法。
- さらに、ボンディング位置を示すための加工を電極部分に施す、請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれかに記載の抵抗器の製造方法。
