前記薬剤容器50は、薬剤チャンバ21内に薬剤流体を収容する、付記1に記載の駆動機構100。

前記ピストン110と、前記駆動機構ハウジング130の遠位端との間で、カバースリーブ140が、前記ピストン110と係合して、前記ピストン110上を摺動するように構成される、付記1から2のいずれか一項に記載の駆動機構100。

前記第1のナット126は、前記ギヤ駆動部120に対して回転しないように拘束されている、付記1から3のいずれか一項に記載の駆動機構100。

前記第2のナット128は、前記ピストン110に対して回転しないように拘束されている、付記1から4のいずれか一項に記載の駆動機構100。

モータ530を有するギヤアセンブリ機構500を更に備え、前記ギヤアセンブリ機構500は、前記ギヤ520と係合して、前記付勢部材122の、そのエネルギ蓄積状態からの前記伸張を制御するように構成されている、付記1から5のいずれか一項に記載の駆動機構100。

モータ530を有する前記ギヤアセンブリ機構500は更に、モータ530から延びるピニオン530Aと、第1のギヤ526B及び第2のギヤ526Aを有する第1の複合ギヤ526と、第1のギヤ528B及び第2のギヤ528Aを有する第2の複合ギヤ528と、トリガギヤ524と、を備え、前記ピニオン530Aは、前記第1の複合ギヤ526の前記第1のギヤ526Bに接触し、前記第1の複合ギヤ526の前記第2のギヤ526Aは、前記第2の複合ギヤ528の前記第1のギヤ528Bに接触し、前記第2の複合ギヤ528の前記第2のギヤ528Aは、前記トリガギヤ524に接触し、前記トリガギヤ524は、前記駆動機構100に動きを伝えるギヤ520に接触する、付記6に記載の駆動機構100。

モータ530が前記付勢部材122の制御を行うことにより、ユーザへの薬剤送達の流量又は特性が制御される、付記1から7のいずれか一項に記載の駆動機構100。
〔付記9〕
状態読み取り器600、1600が、対応する1つ以上の状態トリガを読み取るか認識するように構成され、前記駆動機構100の動作中は、前記状態読み取り器600、1600と前記状態トリガとの間の相互作用によって、ユーザにフィードバックを与える為の信号が電源/制御系400に送信される、付記1から8のいずれか一項に記載の駆動機構100。

前記状態読み取り器1600は、光学式状態読み取り器であり、前記対応する状態トリガは、トリガギヤ524のギヤ歯である、付記9に記載の駆動機構100。
〔付記11〕
前記状態読み取り器600は、機械式状態読み取り器であり、前記対応する状態トリガは、トリガギヤ524のギヤ歯である、付記9に記載の駆動機構100。
〔付記12〕
前記状態読み取り器600は、機械式状態読み取り器であり、前記対応する状態トリガは、前記ピストン110及び/又はカバースリーブ140の外形である、付記9に記載の駆動機構100。

前記状態読み取り器1600は、光学式状態読み取り器であり、前記対応する状態トリガは、前記ピストン110及び/又はカバースリーブ140の外形である、付記9に記載の駆動機構100。

モータ530を有するギヤアセンブリ機構500の機能は、薬剤送達の所望の流量又は特性を満たすべく、あらかじめプログラムされているか、電源/制御系400によって動的に制御される、付記1から13のいずれか一項に記載の駆動機構100。

ハウジング12及びアセンブリプラットフォーム20を備え、可変流量制御送達機構100を有する薬剤送達ポンプ10であって、前記アセンブリプラットフォーム20上には、起動機構14と、挿入機構200と、流体経路接続部300と、電源/制御系400と、薬剤容器50、1050を有する可変流量制御送達駆動機構100とが取り付けられ、前記駆動機構100は、付記1から14のいずれか一項に記載の駆動機構である、薬剤送達ポンプ10。
Claims (19)
- 駆動機構ハウジングと、
ピストンの内部キャビティ内で最初はエネルギ蓄積状態で配置される付勢部材と、
外側ピッチを有するねじの近位端に接続されるギヤであって、前記外側ピッチがナットと係合するように構成される、ギヤと、を備え、
前記ピストンは、プランジャ封止材に隣接する接合面を有し、前記付勢部材から前記ピストンにかけられる力によって、前記プランジャ封止材を、薬剤送達の為に薬剤容器内の第1の位置から第2の位置まで軸方向平行移動させるように構成されており、前記付勢部材は、そのエネルギ蓄積状態からの伸張が制御される、
可変流量制御送達駆動機構。 - 前記薬剤容器は、薬剤チャンバ内に薬剤流体を収容する、請求項1に記載の駆動機構。
- 前記ナットは、前記ピストンに対して回転しないように拘束されている、請求項1に記載の駆動機構。
- モータを有するギヤアセンブリ機構を更に備え、前記ギヤアセンブリ機構は、前記ギヤと係合して、前記付勢部材の、そのエネルギ蓄積状態からの前記伸張を制御するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の駆動機構。

- モータが前記付勢部材の制御を行うことにより、ユーザへの薬剤送達の流量又は特性が制御される、請求項1に記載の駆動機構。
- 対応する1つ以上の状態トリガを読み取るか認識するように構成された状態読み取り器を更に備え、前記駆動機構の動作中は、前記状態読み取り器と前記1つ以上の状態トリガとの間の相互作用によって、ユーザにフィードバックを与える為の信号が電源/制御系に送信される、請求項1に記載の駆動機構。
- 前記状態読み取り器は、光学式状態読み取り器であり、前記対応する状態トリガは、トリガギヤのギヤ歯である、請求項7に記載の駆動機構。
- 前記状態読み取り器は、機械式状態読み取り器であり、前記対応する状態トリガは、トリガギヤのギヤ歯である、請求項7に記載の駆動機構。
- 前記状態読み取り器は、機械式状態読み取り器であり、前記対応する状態トリガは、前記ピストンの外形である、請求項9に記載の駆動機構。
- 前記状態読み取り器は、光学式状態読み取り器であり、前記対応する状態トリガは、前記ピストンの外形である、請求項9に記載の駆動機構100。
