Claims (14)
- 整流によってマイクロ波場強度を検出することができる少なくとも1つの整流素子を含むマイクロ波場検出ニードルアセンブリと、
前記マイクロ波場検出ニードルアセンブリと動作可能に通信する制御装置と、
前記制御装置と動作可能に通信する電気外科手術用電力発生源と、
前記電気外科手術用電力発生源に動作可能に接続されたエネルギー伝達装置と、
を含むマイクロ波焼灼制御システム。 - 前記整流素子は交流電流(AC)を直流電流(DC)に変換することができる、請求項1に記載のマイクロ波焼灼制御システム。
- 前記整流素子がダイオードである、請求項2に記載のマイクロ波焼灼制御装置システム。
- 前記マイクロ波場検出ニードルアセンブリは、ニードルアセンブリを含み、前記ニードルアセンブリは、
遠位部分と、
近位部分と、
前記遠位部分と前記近位部分との間に配置され、かつその中に画定された少なくとも1つの凹部を含む接合部材であって、前記少なくとも1つの凹部は、前記少なくとも1つの整流素子をその中に受け入れるように構成された接合部材と、
を含む、請求項1に記載のマイクロ波焼灼制御システム。 - 前記ニードルアセンブリの近位端に動作可能に接続されたハンドルアセンブリをさらに含む、請求項4に記載のマイクロ波焼灼制御システム。
- 前記ハンドルアセンブリ内に配置された電気回路をさらに含む、請求項5に記載のマイクロ波焼灼制御システム。
- 前記電気回路は、前記ハンドルアセンブリ内に配置された電源を含む、請求項6に記載のマイクロ波焼灼制御システム。
- 前記電気回路は、視覚信号および音声信号のうちの少なくとも1つを生成するように構成されたインジケータ装置を含む、請求項6に記載のマイクロ波焼灼制御システム。
- 前記マイクロ波場検出ニードルアセンブリは、前記制御装置への接続に適した近位端を有するケーブルアセンブリをさらに含み、前記ケーブルアセンブリは、前記ハンドルアセンブリを介して前記ニードルアセンブリに電気的に接続されている、請求項4に記載のマイクロ波焼灼制御システム。
- 前記遠位部分は第1の外側導体構造を含む、請求項4に記載のマイクロ波焼灼制御システム。
- 前記第1の外側導体構造は、前記第1の外側導体構造の遠位端に配置された第1のチャンバ部を画定している、請求項10に記載のマイクロ波焼灼制御システム。
- 前記電気外科手術用電力発生源はプロセッサを含む、請求項1に記載のマイクロ波焼灼制御システム。
- 前記プロセッサは、前記マイクロ波場検出ニードルアセンブリによって伝達される少なくとも1つの電気信号に基づいて前記電気外科手術用電力発生源に関連する少なくとも1つの動作パラメータを調整するように構成されている、請求項12に記載のマイクロ波焼灼制御システム。
- 前記電気外科手術用電力発生源に関連する前記少なくとも1つの動作パラメータは、温度、インピーダンス、電力、電流、電圧、動作モードおよび電磁エネルギーの照射期間からなる群から選択される、請求項13に記載のマイクロ波焼灼制御システム。
