デバイスの質量流量がキャビティの深さに殆ど影響されないことも、分かっている。頭隙の範囲は、キャビティ深さの15%〜35%の間にあり、煉瓦形状キャビティの縁から底部までのキャビティ深さは約5mmの如く、4〜10mmの間にある。
Claims (15)
- 一服の薬剤粉末(2)を搬送する少なくとも1つの空気流の分配期間中に脱凝集解体を可能にするデバイス(1)で、粉末収容キャビティ(5)を通過する流路(4)を備えるデバイス(1)であって、該流路(4)の一部が平坦面領域(7)に沿って広がり、該平坦面領域(7)が前記粉末収容キャビティ(5)内への開口(20)を備え、該平坦面領域(7)と該キャビティ(5)外部とに沿う空気流の通過がキャビティ(5)内に渦を生成し、生成した渦が前記キャビティ(5)内での粉末(2)の脱凝集解体と該キャビティ(5)からの粉末(2)の一掃排出とに寄与する、ことを特徴とするデバイス(1)。
- 前記キャビティ(5)は煉瓦形状をなし、キャビティ開口(20)はキャビティ(5)の側面が流路(4)の平坦面領域(7)に合流する箇所に縁(6)を有する、請求項1記載のデバイス(1)。

- デバイス(1)を通常操作用に位置決めしたときに、流路(4)は流入口チャンバから吸い口(3)まで概ね水平な直線に従って配置される、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項記載のデバイス(1)。
- 流路(4)の両側面は流れ方向(F)に見て互いに対して拡幅する広がりをもって配置される、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項記載のデバイス(1)。
- キャビティ構造ホルダ(19)を個々の服用量の粉末(2)を収容する複数のキャビティ(5)を有するキャビティ構造(18)用にそこに配置し、随意選択的にキャビティ構造ホルダ(19)が流路(4)の側部の少なくとも一方の一部を形成する、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項記載のデバイス(1)。
- 複数のキャビティ(5)を前記キャビティ構造(18)内に一体形成した、請求項8記載のデバイス。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか1項記載のデバイス内で薬剤を脱凝集解体する剪断駆動キャビティ原理の使用。
- 一服の薬剤粉末(2)を搬送する少なくとも1つの空気流の分配期間中に薬剤粉末(2)を脱凝集解体する方法(1)であって、平坦面領域(7)に沿って広がる流路(4)の一部に沿って空気流を真っすぐに流す工程で、該平坦面領域(7)が前記粉末収容キャビティ(5)内への開口(20)を備える工程と、前記キャビティ外部に空気流を通過させ、キャビティ(5)内に渦を生成させる工程で、渦がキャビティ(5)内での粉末(2)の脱凝集解体と該キャビティ(5)からの粉末(2)の一掃排出とに寄与する工程とを含む、ことを特徴とする方法(1)。
- 前記渦は煉瓦形状キャビティ(5)内で生成される、請求項11記載の方法。
- 前記キャビティ(4)内での脱凝集解体作用とそこからの粉末(2)の一掃排出作用とに剪断駆動キャビティ原理を用いる、請求項11または12記載の方法。
- 流路(4)内のキャビティ(5)を通過する際に空気流が流路(4)内のキャビティ開口の縁(6)に合致する平面に平行に流れる、請求項11〜13のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか1項記載の特徴を有するデバイスに実装する、請求項11〜14のいずれか1項記載の方法。
