  1. RIVENDICAZIONI Si rivendica che l'estratto ottenuto con la metodo= logia descritta,ha efficacia sul Plasmodium Falcipa= rum e quindi usato puro o diluito nelle percentuali, descritte ed esemplificate nell'allegata documenta zione sia nella forma liquida per uso orale, sotto= cutanea, parenterale, per inalazione, per osmosi, per diluizione omeopatica, sia nella forma solida, per uso orale per inalazione, osmosi, ed in forma Omeopatica. venga tutelato dal presente atto. 1' efficacia dell' estratto secondo la rivendicazione I ha effetto sia per la profilassi che per la cura della malaria.
