Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de commande d'un dispositif microfluidique qui comporte une matrice de capsules microfluidiques et des canaux reliant les capsules microfluidiques entre elles, chaque capsule microfluidique pouvant être commandée entre un premier état dans lequel elle est apte à se remplir d'un fluide et un deuxième état dans lequel elle est vide, bloquant le passage dudit fluide, ladite matrice comportant des capsules microfluidiques dites de mélange, des capsules microfluidiques dites d'isolation et des capsules dites de mélange-isolation . A partir d'une telle matrice, le procédé de commande de l'invention permet de réaliser un mélange d'un même échantillon avec un ou plusieurs réactifs distincts sans risque de contamination.
