Abstract
L'invention porte sur un dispositif microfluidique de contrôle d'écoulement d'au moins un fluide d'intérêt, comportant un réseau microfluidique (3) comprenant au moins une suite de chambres microfluidiques (5) reliées entre elles de manière séquentielle, chaque chambre microfluidique étant commutable entre un premier état fermé bloquant l'écoulement du fluide d'intérêt et un second état ouvert allouant un volume prédéterminé à ladite chambre tout en pompant le fluide d'intérêt dans ladite chambre.
