Abstract

a) Device making it possible to improve the efficiency of hammer mills of vertical axis. The invention relates to a device making it possible to remove the oversized particles from the grinding chamber, it being possible for these particles to be recovered and reintroduced into the grinding chamber. b) It consists of a hopper (1) and of an extraction system (2> in a hammer mill, flour is produced when products have been incorporated into the mill and then by mixing up in the chamber. This mixing up gives rise to heating and the flour is thus obtained with poor efficiency, it would therefore be better to extract the non-milled products during incorporation and to reincorporate them if required. The present invention allows this to be produced on mills with vertical axis. The device is composed of a hopper located under the grinding chamber making it possible to receive products which have not been milled sufficiently fine (1), and of an extraction screw (2).

On peut avec ce genre d'installation recycler les produits qui ne sont pas passés au travers de ces grilles en amenageant une ouverture dans les grilles mais alors on réduit la surface des grilles.
