Abstract
L'invention concerne une composition pharmaceutique susceptible de libérer de façon controlée une substance active dans le tractus intestinal et sa préparation. La nouvelle composition pharmaceutique contient une substance active choisie parmi les arylalcanolamines et les aryloxyalcanolamines, et un agent tensio-actif anionique acceptable du point de vue physiologique, choisi parmi les monosulfates d'alcools gras supérieurs. La composition pharmaceutique de l'invention convient notamment à l'administration d'agents de blocage des récepteurs beta -adrénergiques et d'agents anti-arythmiques.The invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition capable of controlled release of an active substance in the intestinal tract and its preparation. The new pharmaceutical composition contains an active substance chosen from arylalkanolamines and aryloxyalkanolamines, and a physiologically acceptable anionic surfactant chosen from higher fatty alcohol monosulphates. The pharmaceutical composition of the invention is suitable in particular for the administration of agents for blocking beta -adrenergic receptors and anti-arrhythmic agents.
