SE BASA EN LA REACCION DE UN COMPUESTO DE FORMULA (II) CON UN COMPLEJO DE METAL Y AMINA, QUE SE COMPONE DE UN METAL DEL GRUPO IVB DEL SISTEMA PERIODICO, O VANADIO Y UN COMPUESTO DE FORMULA (III). EN LAS FORMULAS (II) Y (III) LOS RADICALES R1, R2, R3, R4 Y R5 TIENEN EL MISMO SIGNIFICADO QUE EN LA FORMULA (I). LA RACCION TIENE LUGAR AGITANDO LA MEZCLA DURANTE 3O MINUTOS A TEMPERATURA AMBIENTE E HIRVIENDO A REJLUJO POSTERIORMENTE DURANTE 2 HORAS.
