Since the COVID-19 pandemic, the public has also been advised to carry a bottle of hand sanitizer or solution with them to periodically rub their hands.

Therefore, many plastic bottles have been manufactured to meet the need to supply public (or private) supply systems and the public demand for individual bottles.

The result is increasing pollution of public spaces.

At the origin of the invention, the aim was to create a hydroalcoholic gel or solution dispenser that allows existing gel or hydroalcoholic solution containers to be refilled and reused once empty, in order to limit the production of plastic containers.

Furthermore, it was desirable to create a dispenser that would work without electricity (no plug or battery), to make it as environmentally friendly as possible.

Dispensers for fluid products, packaged in a flexible bag equipped with a supply device, such as that described in patent US 8820 094 or in German application DE 42 18297 as well as in patent application US 2012/104041, are known.

Such a device is designed to dispense chilled beverages packaged in flexible pouches and is electrically powered so as to maintain the beverages at the desired temperature. However, the dispensing of beverages by the device does not require electricity: the device comprises a box capable of housing a flexible pouch comprising the fluid product (a beverage). The box comprises a front wall having a through opening, capable of housing the utensil for dispensing the flexible pouch. The box also comprises an inner panel, which forms a support for the flexible pouch, the inner panel being oriented in an inclined direction with respect to the front wall, to direct the product towards the pouch dispensing utensil. The inner panel is also pivotally mounted about an axis parallel to the front wall to promote the flow of the fluid contained in the flexible pouch towards the dispensing device and the through opening, and thus promote the dispensing of the fluid.

The inner panel pivots using a spring: as the bag empties during successive fluid dispenses, the bag's weight decreases and the spring becomes less stressed. The panel then tends to return to an increasingly inclined position as the flexible bag empties, further promoting fluid flow toward the bag dispensing device.

For this purpose, it is a device for supplying a product, in particular a fluid, packaged in a flexible bag, equipped with a supply tool, said device comprising at least one box capable of accommodating said flexible bag (comprising the fluid product), said box comprising:

- a front wall, movably mounted between a box opening position and a box closing position, said front wall having a through opening that can accommodate the utensil for supplying the flexible bag, and

- an inner panel, against which the flexible bag rests when the box accommodates said flexible bag, the inner panel being orientable in an inclined direction with respect to the front wall and being pivotally mounted around a first pivot axis that is parallel to the front wall, between an inactive position and an active position, which promotes the flow of the fluid product contained in the flexible bag towards the supply device, said supply device further comprising a pressure system tensioned in the active position of the panel.

The device according to the invention is notable in that the front wall is pivotally mounted between said box opening position and said box closing position around a second pivot axis which is parallel to said first pivot axis.

This allows access to the interior of the box without having to remove it from an enclosure. - the first pivot axis may comprise a hinge joint fixed to the front wall,

- the device may comprise a system that rotatably connects the front wall and the inner panel when the front wall passes from the open position to the closed position of the box,

- the front wall can be integral with two side walls, the front wall and the two side walls forming a U in which the bag can be housed in the box opening position,

- the inner panel may comprise at least two flaps hinged together,

- the box can be mounted in an enclosure comprising a back wall, the second pivot axis of the front wall comprising a hinge connection fixed on one side to a back wall of the enclosure and on the other side to a lower end of the front wall,

- the enclosure may comprise at least two boxes, each comprising a front wall mounted to pivot around a second pivot axis, the second two pivot axes of the two boxes being independent of each other, to open and close the two boxes independently,

- the device advantageously comprises a system for locking the front wall in the closed position,

- according to an embodiment variant, said first pivot axis may comprise a hinge joint fixed to an inner face of an upper wall of said box and the second pivot axis comprises a hinge joint fixed to the lower part of the front wall of the box,

- the inner panel may carry a hook for suspending a flexible bag. Furthermore, according to an advantageous embodiment, it may be provided that said first pivot axis (which ensures the pivot of the inner panel parallel to the front wall) is formed by a hinge with an integrated spring fixed between an edge of said inner panel and a wall of said device, or fixed between an edge of said inner panel and said front wall, said hinge with integrated spring constituting at least partially said pressure system. Thus, according to this embodiment, it is not necessary to provide an independent pressure system pressing the inner panel, since the spring of the hinge creates an elastic return force on the panel that generates pressure on the inner bag when the bag is placed between the inner panel and the front wall of the device.

The invention also relates to a method for implementing the device defined above, comprising a locking system, the method comprising the following steps:

a. release of the locking system,

b. moving the front wall from the closed position to the open position of the box by manually rotating the front wall towards the front of the device around the second pivot axis, c. placing the bag in the device, against a rear face of the front wall of the box in the open position, inserting the dispensing tool into the through opening of the front wall,

d. moving the front wall from the open position to the closed position of the box by manually rotating the front wall and exerting a manual force on said front wall, driving the pivot of the inner panel from its inactive position to its active position,

e. lock the front wall in the closed position of the box by activating the locking system,

f. activation of the flexible bag supply device (3) to supply the fluid product.

Figures 1 to 3 illustrate in a first step a device 1 according to a first embodiment of the invention and the opening principle of two boxes 2 comprising the device.

It should be understood that the invention is not limited to the presence of two boxes: a device comprising only one box or more than two boxes could be considered in accordance with an embodiment of the invention.

The device 1 comprises an enclosure 10 having four walls: two side walls 11, a top wall 12, and a back wall 13, forming a square or rectangle. The boxes 2 are inserted into the space defined between the four walls 11, 12, and 13 and each have a front wall 20, the two front walls 20 of the two boxes forming the front wall of the device 1.

Each of the boxes 2 of the device is designed to accommodate a flexible bag 3 (shown in Figures 6 and 7) comprising a fluid product: the fluid product may be a food product, a cosmetic and/or pharmaceutical product, or even a detergent product. For example, the product may be a gel or a hydroalcoholic solution.

The flexible bag 3 is equipped with a supply tool 4, visible in particular in figures 1 to 3 and 6 and 7, which allows the fluid product contained in the bag to be supplied: it can be, for example, a push-button tap.

To allow the supply of the fluid product contained in the bag 3 when the bag 3 is placed in a box 2, the box 2 comprises a through opening 5 which is formed in the front wall 20 of the box: the supply utensil is placed in the through opening so that it projects outside the box 2 (and is therefore accessible to the user).

The through opening 5 is provided in the lower part of the front wall 20 to position the flexible bag 3 with the dispensing tool at the bottom, so that the fluid product enters by gravity. Therefore, it is not necessary to provide electrical means for conveying the product into the dispensing tool 4. "At the bottom" is understood to mean a part of the front wall extending between the middle of the front wall and the lower edge of the front wall.

However, the opening 5 must not be too close to the lower edge of the front wall 20: indeed, if the opening is too close to the lower edge, the fluid has too little space to circulate in the compressed bag.

In order to allow the introduction of the bag 3 into the box 2, the front part 20 is mounted so as to be movable between an open position, in which the box is open, and a closed position, in which the box 2 is closed. The front wall 20 is pivotally mounted along a horizontal axis X, so as to bring the rear face of the front wall (i.e. the face of the front wall that faces the inside of the box) from a vertical position to a substantially horizontal position or slightly inclined with respect to the horizontal, when the box is in the open position. In this way, in the open position of the box 2, the rear face 21 of the front wall 20 can serve as a substantially horizontal, flat support for supporting the flexible bag 3 when it is introduced into the device according to the invention (see Figures 3 and 6).

In order to allow the flexible bag 3 filled with fluid product to be held on the front wall 20 during loading (the flexible bag 3 being easily deformed under the weight of the fluid product with which it is filled), it is provided to fix two walls 22, perpendicular to the front wall on the rear face 21 in the vicinity of the side edges 23 of the front wall 20.

The front wall 20 and the two side walls 22 thus form a U in which the flexible bag 3 is received in the box's open position, the flexible bag 3 resting on the rear face 21 and being held laterally.

It should be understood that the side walls 22 and the front wall 20 fit together as closely as possible so that the space between the two side walls is sufficient to keep the bag flexible. A sealing or adjustment system may also be provided to keep the bags very thin.

The opening and closing of the box 2 is carried out manually, by pulling the upper edge 24 of the front wall 20. To facilitate manual gripping of the edge 24, a shallow cavity 25 (of the order of 1 or 2 cm) is provided on the rear face 21 of the front wall, in the vicinity of the upper edge 24, the cavity forming a handle integrated into the front wall 20.

The axis X around which the front wall 20 is pivotally mounted is horizontal and is located at the bottom of the front wall: it is realized mechanically by at least one hinge connection 6 between the front wall 20 and the back wall 13 of the enclosure 10 (see figures 4, 6 and 7).

To keep the front wall 20 in the closed position, a locking system 7 is provided, shown in particular in Figures 5 and 7.

This is, for example, a hook 70 pivotally mounted within the enclosure 10, the hook 70 being able to be engaged on a pin 71 fixed to an outer face of a side wall 22. The pin 71 could also be provided on the edge of the front wall 20 without departing from the scope of the invention.

According to the invention, the box comprises means that allow pressure to be exerted on the flexible bag 3 to force the supply of the fluid product it comprises.

In the context of the examples presented, and according to the invention, these means comprise a panel 8, internal to the box, which is designed to be inclined with respect to the front wall 20.

The inner panel 8 comprises a front face 81, facing the front of the device and a rear face 82, facing the rear of the device 1.

For this purpose, the panel 8 is pivotally mounted around an axis X1, which is parallel to the plane along which the front wall 20 extends.

The pivot axis X1 is horizontal or substantially horizontal and is therefore also parallel to the pivot axis X. The X1 and X axes are parallel to each other and lie in the same plane.

Thanks to its features, the device according to the invention offers a front-opening box, which prevents the box from having to be removed to insert a flexible bag 3 of fluid product. Furthermore, this allows multiple devices to be stacked on top of one another, forming, for example, a column of devices. This also allows the device to be installed on counters or shelves already present at the installation site.

Thus, the inner panel 8 is mounted so as to be movable (pivotable about the axis X1) between an active position and an inactive position, according to the invention. In the active position, the inner panel 8 is oriented in an inclined direction with respect to a vertical or horizontal direction and exerts a force against the flexible bag 3 which is then compressed between the rear face 21 of the front wall 20 and the front face 81 of the inner panel 8 (see Figure 7).

In the inactive position, the inner panel 8 is oriented in a vertical or substantially vertical direction and does not exert any force on the flexible bag 3 (see Figure 6).

When the box 2 of the device according to the invention does not comprise any flexible bag, in the closed position of the front wall, the internal panel 8 is therefore parallel or substantially parallel to the front wall 20, the internal panel 8 and the front wall 20 both being oriented in vertical or substantially vertical directions (see Figures 4 and 5, box with the front wall in the closed position and the internal panel in the inactive position).

The front wall 20 is provided to be locked in a vertical position by means of a stop. The pivot axis X1 is produced by a hinge connection 9 fixed between the lower part of the inner panel 8 and the rear face 21 of the front wall 20, at the lower part of the rear face 21. This assembly is schematically represented in Figure 8 (see also Figure 6 or Figure 7).

According to an embodiment variant which has not been shown (but which would also correspond to a solution according to the invention), the hinge connection 9 could be fixed between the rear face of the wall 20 and the upper face of the bottom wall 13.

Without departing from the scope of the invention, it could also be provided that the pivot axes X and X1 coincide in the lower part of the front wall 20 (see the schematic representation of Figure 9): the axes X and X1 can thus be coaxial without departing from the scope of the invention.

To force the panel into the active position, the device 1 according to the invention comprises a pressure system: it is, in the context of this example, a pneumatic or hydraulic jack 30 which is fixed between the back wall 13 of the enclosure 10 and the rear face 82 of the internal panel 8.

Jack 30 forces panel 8 into its vertical or substantially vertical position shown in Figure 6.

When a flexible bag 3 is inserted into the box 2, it is placed against the rear face 21 of the front wall 20 and then the front wall is inclined from its elongated position (open position of the box 2), substantially horizontal, or is inclined towards its vertical position (closing position of the box 2) and in doing so, the bag 3 filled with fluid product comes to press against the internal panel 8 and pushes the panel 8 which pivots backwards and then compresses the piston in the chamber of the jack 30: the panel 8 is then inclined in the active position since the jack 30 resists the force of the bag crushed between the front wall 20 and the panel 8: the jack 30, which is then pressed, exerts pressure against the panel 8, tending to return it to a vertical or substantially vertical position (inactive position, figure 7).

Thus, the pivot of the front wall 20 has an action on the pivot of the panel 8: the pressure on the flexible bag 3 is exerted at the same time by the front wall 20 held in the closed position by the locking system and by the panel 8 pushed by the jack 30: this favors the flow of the fluid product contained in the bag towards the dispensing utensil 4.

This results in a good supply of the fluid product and the flexible bag is completely emptied thanks to this system because the flexible bag is sandwiched between the front wall 20 and the parallel panel 8 when the bag is emptied.

It should be noted that the panel 8 and the front wall are pressed against each other when the panel is in the inactive position and the front wall is in the closed position.

According to another embodiment according to the invention, it could be planned to make the internal panel 8 in several flaps articulated with each other: this embodiment allows it to be better molded to the shape of the flexible bag 3 filled with fluid product to be supplied, and therefore to exert a distributed pressure on the wall of the flexible bag 3.

Figures 10 and 11 schematically illustrate such embodiments. In the two illustrated examples, the panels 8 each comprise two flaps 83 and 84 hinged about a pivot axis X2. The axis X2 is parallel to the pivot axis X1 of the panel.

Before using an enclosure for the first time, it will be advisable to check the operation of the device enclosure by ensuring that the front wall 20 pivots properly about its pivot axis X, that the internal panel 8 pivots properly about its axis X1 by applying manual pressure to push it into the enclosure, checking that the panel 8 returns properly to its place under the pressure of the jack 30 and, finally, ensuring that the locking system engages and disengages correctly.

Once this has been verified, a flexible bag containing a fluid product to be dispensed can be placed inside the box.

To do this, it is necessary to unhook the locking system (or release it, i.e. put it in a position that allows the front wall 20 to open).

Once this has been achieved, the front wall can be opened: the upper part of the front wall is manually grasped with the help of the hollow cavity 25 forming a handle, and the wall 20 is manually rotated towards the front of the device to position it substantially horizontally (up to the limit of the travel of the X-axis pivot joint).

The front wall 20 is then in the open position of the box 2 (see figure 3).

A flexible bag is then placed in the box 2 by inserting the bag between the two side walls 22 with the utensil facing downwards. The dispensing utensil 4 is then placed in the through opening 5, and the bag wall, which has the utensil, is placed against the rear face of the front wall 20.

The front wall 20 is then manually tilted to the closed position (passage of the front wall from the open position to the closed position), rotating the front wall by exerting a manual force on it: in doing so, the flexible bag is pressed against the internal panel 8 and causes the internal panel 8 to pivot towards the inside of the box, causing compression of the jack 30. It could be envisaged to connect the front wall 20 and the internal panel 8 in rotation: for this purpose, according to an alternative embodiment, a second locking system is provided which engages when the front wall is placed in the open position of the box and is released just before the wall 20 is placed in the closed position of the box. Thus, when the front wall moves from the open position to the closed position of the box, the flexible bag is not compressed between the internal panel and the front wall: the compression of the bag between the internal panel and the front wall only occurs when the wall reaches the closed position. - a removable stop element 15, which limits the opening angle of the box (20 and 22) in order to facilitate the introduction of the bag. This stop element can be removed from the rear of the enclosure, in order to facilitate the initial assembly of the box or its maintenance.

Once the bag is placed in the device and once the front wall 20 is in the closed position, the locking system 7 of the front wall in the closed position is activated to lock it in this position.

The device according to the invention is then ready for use.

To dispense a fluid product, it is then sufficient to operate the dispensing tool that protrudes from the front wall 20.

The flexible bag will thus be emptied of the fluid product it contains.

Once the bag has been emptied, box 2 can be refilled with a new bag: simply release the locking system again, open the front wall 20 of box 2, remove the empty bag and replace it with a full one, then close the box again by locking the front wall 20 in the closed position.

It is understood from the above how the invention allows a fluid product to be supplied using a device that does not require any power source and is easy to use.

It should be understood that the invention is not limited to the embodiment specifically described in the figures and extends to the implementation of equivalent means.

For example, the device according to the invention could comprise a module for heating or maintaining the temperature of the fluid product contained in the flexible bag, for example for spreadable pastes (but this time with an electrical supply).

Such a module could be of the Peltier type, integrated, for example, into the walls of the enclosure or box, or a cooling system for yogurt, wine, or fruit juice, for example by integrating a cooling module into the enclosure or placing the enclosure in a cooling box.

A height-adjustable tray could be attached to the outside of the front wall to support a bottle to be filled, making filling more ergonomic.

A protruding handle may be provided on the outer sides of the enclosure to facilitate gripping the front wall and facilitating its opening or closing.

The front wall might not be a plane: it could have two planes forming an angle between each other and the angle could be occupied by the internal panel itself, formed by two planes.

The side walls 22 can also have the shape of a circular arc and be additionally provided with a stop, which limits the opening angle of the front wall 20 to easily insert the bag.

This stop can be removed from the rear of the enclosure if it is necessary to access the inside of the box, for example for cleaning or for cat maintenance.

Other systems could be implemented to disable the jack's action during recharging. For example, the jack's attachment to the enclosure could be mobile in translation, thanks to a support mounted on a worm gear, driven by a wheel accessible on the front of the system.

Furthermore, this solution would also allow the force of action of the jack on the internal panel 8 to be varied to adjust it to the viscosity of the product contained in the bag (the more the jack is compressed, the more force it will exert on the internal panel 8).

Figure 13 also shows another solution of supply device according to the invention:

The front wall 20 can be seen mounted pivoting at its lower end around the X axis which is horizontal. In order to keep the bag 3 in place in the device, it is provided to equip the bag 3 with an element forming a handle and to equip the internal mobile panel 8 with a hook 90 around which the handle of the bag 3 can be placed: the bag 3 is thus suspended from the hook 90 of the internal panel 8.

The supply tool 4 is placed in the opening of the front wall 20 of the box by slightly deforming the bag to bring the tool 4 to the correct height.

The pivot movements of the front wall 20 of the box and the inner panel 8 are symbolized by the arrows M in Figure 13.

Figure 14 shows a variant embodiment of the device shown in Figure 13, according to which the pressure system 30 has been replaced by a hinge 31 with integrated spring: this is a spring that works in torsion, one end of which is fixed to the inner face of the upper wall 12 of the device, and the other end of which is fixed to the rear face of the inner panel 8.

It could be envisaged that the embodiments shown in the other figures could be modified by replacing the pressure system of the jack 30 with a spring hinge 31 such as that used to make the pivot between the inner panel 8 and the front wall 20.

Figure 15 thus shows an example of a device according to the invention according to which the internal panel 8 is pivotally mounted on the front wall 20 of the device, by means of a spring hinge 31.

Figure 16 also illustrates another embodiment of the invention:

The delivery device is illustrated in perspective, with its front wall 20 of the box facing left. The delivery device according to this embodiment is designed to be mounted on a shelf or other flat support having a front edge. The delivery device is equipped, for this purpose, with a fixing strip 15 extending on the lower edge of the front wall 20, in line with the front wall 20 when it is in the closed position (as illustrated in the figure).

The fixing strip 15 has through holes 16, which allows it to be fixed by screwing onto the edge of the shelf or flat support. *

It is also noted that the front wall 20 also has holes 17, provided at the four corners of the front wall. These holes 17 allow a decorative element to be attached to the front wall 20, which then serves as a decorative support or even as a support for advertising information.

In Figure 16, the opening 5 made through the front wall 20 for the dispensing utensil is scallop-shaped. The opening 5 is made substantially halfway along the height of the front wall 20.

The pivoting inner panel 8 is shown in position against the front wall 20 and is visible through the opening 5. Finally, in Figure 16, the lower wall 13 of the device is seen, which is equipped with a support 18 for fixing one end of the jack 30.

Figure 17, which illustrates the device in section, shows different positions of the front wall 20 and the internal panel 8.

Also observed is a retaining device 40 which is provided on an edge 27 of a side wall 22.

A retaining pin 41 is fixed to the bottom wall 13 and is combined with the device 40 to hold the front wall 20 in the closed position, integral with the side walls 22.

By exerting pressure on the front wall, a spring system in the device 40 is compressed, under the effect of the pressure exerted by the pin 41. This compression of the spring releases the pin 41 which becomes detached from the retaining device 40: the front wall can then tilt/pivot around its X axis.

In this example, the X axis and the X1 axis are confused.

When the front wall 20 is closed, the device 40 comes into contact with the pin 41 and the spring system is compressed again, which allows the pin 41 to be locked in the retaining device 40: the front wall 20 is then held in the closed position.

Claims (13)

1. Device for supplying a product, in particular a fluid, packaged in a flexible bag (3), equipped with a supply utensil (4), said device comprising at least one box (2) capable of accommodating said flexible bag (3) comprising said fluid product, said box (2) comprising: - a front wall (20), movably mounted between a box opening position and a box closing position, said front wall (20) having a through opening (5) that can accommodate the utensil for supplying (4) the flexible bag (3), and - an inner panel (8), against which the flexible bag (3) rests when the box (2) accommodates said flexible bag (3), the inner panel (8) being orientable in an inclined direction with respect to the front wall (20), and being pivotally mounted around a first pivot axis (X1) which is parallel to the front wall (20), between an inactive position and an active position, promoting the flow of the fluid product contained in the flexible bag (3) towards the supply utensil (4), said supply device further comprising a pressure system (30) tensioned in the active position of said panel, characterized in that the front wall (20) is pivotally mounted between said box opening position and said box closing position around a second pivot axis (X) which is parallel to said first pivot axis (X1). 2. Supply device according to claim 1, characterized in that said first pivot axis (X1) and said second pivot axis (X) are coaxial. 3. Supply device according to claim 1, characterized in that said first pivot axis (X1) comprises a hinge joint (9) fixed to said front wall (20). 4. Supply device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that it comprises a system that rotatably connects the front wall (20) and the internal panel (8) during the passage of the front wall (20) from the open position to the closed position of the box. 5. Device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the front wall (20) is integral with two side walls (22), the front wall (20) and the two side walls (22) forming a U in which the bag (3) can be accommodated in the open position of said box (2). 6. Device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the internal panel (8) comprises at least two flaps (83, 84) articulated together. 7. Device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the box (2) is mounted in an enclosure (10) comprising a bottom wall (13), said second pivot axis (X) of said front wall (20) comprising a hinge joint (6) fixed on one side to a lower wall (13) of said enclosure (10) and on the other hand to a lower end of said front wall (20). 8. Device according to claim 7, characterized in that said enclosure (10) comprises at least two boxes (2), each comprising a front wall (20) pivotally mounted around a second pivot axis (X), said two second pivot axes (X) of said at least two boxes (2) being independent of each other. 9. Device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that it comprises a locking system (7; 40, 41) of said front wall (20) in the closed position. 10. Device according to claim 1, characterized in that said first pivot axis (X1) comprises a hinge joint fixed to an inner face of an upper wall of said box, and in that said second pivot axis (X) comprises a hinge joint fixed to the lower part of the front wall of said box. 11. Device according to claim 10, characterized in that the internal panel (8) carries a hook (90) for suspending a flexible bag. 12. Device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that said first pivot axis (X1) is formed by a hinge with an integrated spring which is fixed between an edge of said internal panel and a wall of said device, or which is fixed between an edge of said internal panel and said front wall, said hinge with integrated spring constituting at least partially said pressure system. 13. Method for implementing the device according to claim 9, characterized in that it comprises the following steps: a. release of the locking system (7), b. passing the front wall (20) from said closed position to said open position of the box by manually pivoting the front wall (20) towards the front of the device around the second pivot axis (X), c. positioning said bag (3) in the device, against a rear face (21) of the front wall (20) of the box (2) in the open position, introducing said supply utensil (4) into the through opening (5) of the front wall (20), d. passage of the front wall (20) from the open position to the closed position of the box by manually rotating said front wall (20) and exerting a manual force on said front wall, said passage driving the pivot of said internal panel around said first pivot axis from its inactive position to its active position, e. lock the front wall in the closed position of the box by activating the locking system (7), f. activation of the supply tool (4) of said flexible bag (3) to supply the fluid product.
