Abstract
Un material compuesto de grafeno y método para producirlo. El material compuesto de grafeno comprende al menos un grafeno que se exfolia parcialmente de un material de carbono a base de grafito y se dispersa en un material de base. En el material compuesto de grafeno, la proporción (3R) basada en un método de difracción de rayos X, que se define en la siguiente Ecuación 1 es del 31% o más:#Proporción (3R) = P3/(P3+P4) x 100 Ecuación 1#donde#P3 es un pico de intensidad de un plano (101) de la capa de grafito romboédrico (3R) en base al método de difracción de rayos X, y#P4 es un pico de intensidad de un plano (101) de la capa de grafito hexagonal (2H) en base al método de difracción de rayos X,#siendo el grafeno un cristal de un tamaño medio de 100 nm o más y formado en forma de tipo en copos o de tipo en hoja que tiene 10 capas o menos.
