Abstract
Procedimiento para la separación del anhídrido ftálico (PA) contenido en forma de vapor en una corriente de gas mediante la refrigeración de la corriente de gas y la solidificación del PA en un refrigerador que contiene un lecho fluidizado, el cual está compuesto por granulado que contiene PA, en el que el lecho fluidizado se refrigera de modo indirecto, caracterizado porque la corriente de gas que contiene PA en forma de vapor se conduce hacia arriba a través de un tubo vertical dispuesto en la región inferior del refrigerador, porque el tubo vertical presenta un extremo superior de abertura, porque el tubo y su extremo de abertura están rodeado por un lecho fluidizado refrigerado indirectamente, cuya temperatura está en el intervalo de 20 a 90°C y al que se le suministra desde abajo gas de fluidización, estando la densidad de suspensión del lecho fluidizado en el intervalo de 300 a 700 kg/m3, porque la región interior del tubo no presenta ningún lecho fluidizado, porque se introduce continuamente desde el lecho fluidizado a través del extremo de abertura del tubo vertical granulado que procede del lecho fluidizado a la corriente de gas que contiene PA en forma de vapor y es llevado por la corriente de gas a una cámara de estabilización que se encuentra por encima del tubo y sobre el lecho fluidizado en el refrigerador, en el que el PA en forma de vapor contenido en la corriente de gas se refrigera y se solidifica, y en el que el PA solidificado cae por lo menos en parte desde la cámara de estabilización al lecho fluidizado, porque se extrae gas de la cámara de estabilización y del refrigerador y porque se extrae granulado que contiene PA del lecho fluidizado.
