Abstract

Procedimiento para cargar chatarra para horno de arco eléctrico que incluye al menos un tapa superior (13) asociado con medios de accionamiento para el movimiento (17) que cooperan con segundos medios de accionamiento para el movimiento (24), incluyendo el tapa superior (13) al menos un orificio (15) para descargar los humos (16), estando la chatarra (22) contenida en cestos (21), estando ahí incluido al menos un sistema para procesar los humos (32) unido con la chimenea, incluyendo el cesto lleno (21) al menos una primera posición (21a) al lado del horno (10) para precalentar la chatarra y una segunda posición (21b) para la descarga de la chatarra dispuesta en cooperación con la boca del horno (10), estando los medios de accionamiento para el movimiento (24) del cesto (21) y los medios de accionamiento para el movimiento (17) del tapa superior (13) asociados funcionalmente al menos de forma momentánea, conteniendo el cesto (21) la chatarra que se va a colocar de forma que se pueda trasladar en los segundos medios de accionamiento para el movimiento (24) y estando asociado al menos de forma temporal con un sistema de cierre superior (29) que se puede trasladar desde una posición cerrada a una posición abierta, abandonado los humos (16) el cuarto orificio (15) del horno (10) enviándose al interior del cesto (21) que contiene la chatarra (22) a través de un conducto de descarga que une una abertura de entrada (27) incluida en el sistema de cierre superior (29) con el cuarto orificio del horno (13), haciendo que los humos (16) abandonen el cesto (21) a través de una orificio de salida en conexión con el fondo del cesto (21) y está unida directamente con una cámara de combustión (28), pasando el tapa superior (13) de su primera posición cerrada (13a) a su segunda posición abierta (13b) de forma coordinada con el paso del cesto (21) de su primera posición de precalentamiento (21a) a su segunda posición de descarga (21b).
