Abstract
Método para cargar desechos en un horno de arco eléctrico que incluye al menos un techo (13) asociado con medios moviles (17), que colaboran consegundos medios moviles (24), el techo (13) incluye al menos un orificio (15) para descargar los gases (16) los desechos (22) están contenidos en una canasta(21), se incluye al menos un sistema para procesar los gases (32) conectados con la chimenea; la canasta llena (21) incluye por lo menos una primeraposicion (21a) para precalentar los desechos en el lateral y cerca del horno (10) y una segunda posicion (21b) para descargar los desechos dispuesto encooperacion con la boca del horno (10), los medios moviles (24) de la canasta (21) y los medios moviles (17) del techo (13) están funcionalmente asociadosal menos momentáneamente, la canasta (21) que contiene los desechos está instalada de modo que puede ser retirada sobre los segundos medios moviles(24) y se asocian al menos temporriamente con un sistema de cobertura (29),que puede trasladarse desde la posicion cerrada a la posicion abierta, los gases(16) salen del cuarto orificio (15) del horno (10) son enviados a la canasta (21) que contienen los desechos (22) por el conducto de descarga que conectauna abertura(27) que incluye en el sistema (29) con el cuarto orificio del horno (13), los gases (16) salen de la canasta (21) por una abertura quecolabora con el fondo dela canasta (21) y se conecta directamente con la cámara de combustion (28), el techo (13) pasa de la primera posicion cerrada(13a) a la segunda posicion abierta (13b) en coordinacion con el paso de la canasta (21) de su primera posicion de precalentamiento (21a) a la segundaposicion de descarga (21b).
