LA PRESENTE INVENCION SE REFIERE A UN METODO PARA DEPURAR SOLUCIONES EFLUENTES DE PROCESOS PRODUCIDAS EN LA FABRICACION DE DIOXIDO DE TITANIO, EN BASE A UN PROCESO DE SULFATO, DE MANERA QUE LAS SOLUCIONES EFLUENTES (11) QUE CONTIENEN ACIDO SULFURICO, PRODUCIDO AL LAVAR HIDROXIDO DE TITANIO, O PARTE DE ELLAS, SE EVAPORAN USANDO UN METODO DE COMPRESION DE VAPOR CON EL FIN DE PRODUCIR UN CONDENSADO PURO (13), O UNA SOLUCION EFLUENTE (14) CONCENTRADA EN CONTENIDO DE ACIDO SULFURICO. LA INVENCION SE REFIERE TAMBIEN A UN METODO PARA FABRICAR DIOXIDO DE TITANIO EN EL QUE SE USA EL METODO DE LA DEPURACION.
