Abstract

Secured on the portal-like supporting frame (20) is the turntable (28), on the double-armed crossbeam (36) of which two supporting devices (38) for the dies (41) are arranged in a manner which allows them to be raised and lowered. The axis (30) of rotation of the turntable (28) extends between the melting furnace (10) and the coating bath (60). The pillars (22, 22') of the supporting frame (20) are provided outside the swivelling range of the supporting device (38). The supporting device (38) can be swivelled about the axis (30) of rotation from the casting position above the melting furnace (10) to the coating bath (60) and further workstations. The rail profile (44) is mounted to be swivellable about the axis (46) on the supporting profile (42) displaceable in the vertical direction. The die parts (40) are arranged on supports (50) which are mounted on the supporting element (48) and slide (54) in such a way as to be swivellable about the swivelling axes (52). <IMAGE>
