  • the metering devices 28 make it possible to adjust the proportions of these three components in the final mixture M which is directly produced in each container 11, and possibly to vary them between two containers 11 which are successive on the conveyor 12. For example, if the mass proportions of the three components in the final mixture M are 10% by mass for component C1, 78% by mass for component C2 and 12% by mass for component C3, while the final proportion by mass of substance S1 ( aromatic base) in the final mixture M is 1% for the composition which has been given above for component C1.
  • one skilled in the art can take into account the effect of dilution of the component C1 in the final mixture M to determine the effective mass proportion of the substance S1 (aromatic base) in the final mixture.
  • the same reasoning can be applied for the substance S3, and twice chained for each of the substances S10 and S20.
  • the filling unit 10 may further comprise a system for homogenizing the contents of each container 11, operational after this container has been filled.
  • a homogenization system (Not shown) may proceed by applying vibration or agitation to the container in a sequence and for a predetermined time.
  • the invention can be implemented by adapting or modifying certain minor aspects of it with respect to the detailed description which has just been given. It is recalled that the invention consists in pre-mixing a substance which enters into the composition of a final mixture, and the proportion of which in this final mixture is a minority, with at least part of another substance of the mixture, then all components are introduced directly into the packaging container to make the final mix. Thus, it is possible to combine the advantages of making the final mixture directly into the container, with obtaining a homogeneous distribution for the minority substance in the container. Obviously, the numerical values cited and the substances mentioned have been only examples, and can be changed on demand for each implementation of the invention.
