Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu un dispositif de séparation (32) qui sépare spatialement la première bande de matériau (25) ou la deuxième bande de matériau (26) de l'autre bande de matériau respective (25, 26) dans la direction de transport (34) en aval du dispositif de coupe (23), un premier dispositif de chauffage (35) étant notamment prévu entre le dispositif de réunion (28, 29) et le dispositif (30) de mise en forme.
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 5 ou la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce qu'un dispositif (36) d'encollage de jonctions est prévu entre le dispositif de réunion (28, 29) et le dispositif de mise en forme (30), notamment entre le premier dispositif de chauffage (35) et le dispositif de mise en forme (30), le dispositif de mise en forme (30) comprenant notamment un deuxième dispositif de chauffage (37).
  8. Machine de l'industrie de transformation du tabac, caractérisée en ce qu'il est prévu un dispositif selon l'une des revendications 5 à 7, en aval duquel est montée une machine à boudin (40).
  9. Procédé de fabrication de tubes à double couche (10) de l'industrie de transformation du tabac, comprenant les étapes de procédé suivantes :
    - transport d'une bande de matériau (24) de base dans la direction axiale de transport (34),
    - découpe longitudinale de la bande de matériau (24) de base en une première bande de matériau (25) d'une première largeur et une deuxième bande de matériau (26) d'une deuxième largeur,
    - encollage d'au moins la première ou la deuxième bandes de matériau (25, 26), l'encollage s'effectuant sur toute la surface ou sur presque toute la surface, l'encollage sur presque toute la surface étant un encollage dans lequel la surface de la première ou de la deuxième bandes de matériau est encollée sur au moins 80% d'elle-même,
    - réunion de la première et de la deuxième bande de matériau (25, 26) avec décalage, de sorte que la première et la deuxième bandes de matériau (25, 26) soient collées l'une à l'autre,
    - formation des bandes de matériau (25, 26) collées l'une à l'autre en un boudin tubulaire (31), la première portion (11) de bande de matériau étant mise en forme selon une forme circulaire ou ovale en section transversale et les bords (13, 14) définissant la première largeur étant placés bout à bout, la deuxième portion (12) de bande de matériau étant mise en forme selon une forme circulaire ou ovale en section transversale et les bords (15, 16) définissant la deuxième largeur étant placés bout à bout, et
    - tronçonnage du boudin (31) en tubes à double couche (10).
  10. Procédé selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que la première bande de matériau (25) est plus étroite que la deuxième bande de matériau (26) et en ce que la deuxième bande de matériau (26) est disposée ou apte à être disposée extérieurement autour de la première bande de matériau (25).
  11. Procédé selon la revendication 9 ou la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que, avant la mise en forme, les bandes de matériau (25, 26) réunies sont chauffées.
  12. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 9 à 11, caractérisé en ce que les bandes de matériau (25, 26) réunies sont chauffées pendant et/ou après la mise en forme.
  13. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 9 à 12, caractérisé en ce qu'un encollage de jonction est prévu lors de l'étape d'encollage, ou en ce qu'un encollage de jonction est prévu après l'assemblage.
  14. Utilisation d'un tube à double couche (10) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4 comme embout buccal ou comme pièce centrale entre deux segments de filtre d'un filtre de cigarette à filtre ou d'un filtre d'article en forme de tige de l'industrie de transformation du tabac.
