- Dispositif de levage destiné à soulever et à abaisser des véhicules, des charges ou des objets similaires, équipé d'un support (17) pouvant monter et descendre sur lequel est prévu un dispositif porte-charge (18), le dispositif porte-charge (18) présentant au moins un bras porteur (21) qui est logé sur ledit support (17) de manière à pouvoir pivoter autour d'un axe de pivotement (22), et d'un dispositif de verrouillage (37) qui fixe le bras porteur (21) dans une position réglée par rapport au support (17), le dispositif de verrouillage (37) étant déverrouillé lorsque le support (17) est à l'état abaissé et se verrouille lors du soulèvement dudit support (17), bloquant le bras porteur (21) par rapport au support (17) dans la position de pivotement réglé, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de verrouillage (37) comprend au moins un système de réglage (38) actionnable qui agit en vue de positionner le bras porteur (21) dans une position de pivotement donné par rapport au support (17) et qui est réalisé dans les chambres (49, 50) en tant que vérin hydraulique ou pneumatique avec un vérin double effet présentant au niveau du piston (47) deux surfaces de piston (48) de dimensions identiques, lesdites chambres étant reliées entre elles par un tube de by-pass (42), et en ce que le système de réglage (38) est activable grâce à une soupape de commutation (54) ou à un contact de commutation et peut passer de manière autonome dans une position de verrouillage, fixant le bras (21) dans la position de pivotement réglée.
- Dispositif de levage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le système de réglage (38) est réalisé en tant que système de réglage entraîné de manière hydraulique, pneumatique, électrique ou électromagnétique ou bien en tant qu'entraînement linéaire.
- Dispositif de levage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le système de réglage (38) est réalisé en tant que vérin hydraulique ou pneumatique actionnable de manière manuelle.
- Dispositif de levage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la position de pivotement du bras porteur (21) peut être réglée en continu grâce au système de réglage (38).
- Dispositif de levage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'un mouvement de déplacement d'une tige de piston (41) dans le vérin hydraulique (39) peut être activé par la soupape de commutation (54) disposée dans le tube de by-pass (52).
- Dispositif de levage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la soupape de commutation (54) est réalisée au moins en tant que soupape à deux voies qui libère ou bloque au moins le tube de by-pass (52).
- Dispositif de levage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la tige de piston (41) du système de réglage (39) appuie sur le bras porteur (21), et ce loin de l'axe de pivotement (22).
- Dispositif de levage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un boîtier (40) du système de réglage (38) est disposé sur un point d'appui (42) du support (17) de manière à pouvoir pivoter et que de préférence le boîtier (40) du système de réglage (38) présente un tourillon (43) qui est logé dans un trou (44) d'une plaque de palier (45) de manière à pouvoir tourner, un sens d'actionnement ou un axe longitudinal de la soupape de commutation (54) ou du contact de commutation étant disposé de préférence de manière concentrique à l'axe de pivotement du tourillon (43).
- Dispositif de levage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le mouvement de pivotement du bras porteur (21) peut être activé de manière manuelle ou grâce à un dispositif d'entraînement (25), de préférence grâce à une pompe hydraulique ou à un entraînement électrique.
- Dispositif de levage selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la soupape de commutation (54) peut être commutée de manière mécanique grâce à un élément palpeur (55) ou en ce qu'il s'agit d'une soupape de commutation (54) ou d'un contact de commutation activable de manière électromagnétique, de préférence activable sans fils, et en ce que le dispositif de verrouillage (37) est prévu de préférence dans une partie de boîtier (19) au moins partiellement fermée du support (17), laquelle présente un fond de boîtier (57) avec un trou de passage (58) dans lequel est disposé l'élément palpeur (55) de la soupape de commutation (54) ou du contact de commutation, en particulier sur une face extérieure du fond de boîtier (57) étant prévu un couvercle de protection (61) qui recouvre la perforation (58) du fond de boîtier (57) et qui est réalisé de préférence sous forme de languette flexible.
- Dispositif de levage selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que lorsque le dispositif de verrouillage (37) est dans une position de verrouillage, l'élément palpeur (55) fait saillie vers le bas par rapport à la face extérieure du fond (57) et un couvercle de protection (61) qui recouvre l'élément palpeur (55) se retrouve au moins partiellement soulevé par rapport à ladite face extérieure du fond de boîtier (57) et en ce que de préférence l'élément palpeur (55) ou le couvercle de protection (61) peut être actionné grâce à un dispositif de déverrouillage manuel (80), en particulier grâce à une commande par câble (82).
- Dispositif de levage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que sur le support (17) sont disposés deux bras porteurs (21) pivotants dont les axes de pivotement (22) sont prévus de préférence respectivement de manière contiguë à un axe de levage (15).
- Dispositif de levage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu un dispositif d'entraînement (25) pouvant être activé par une commande (26), lequel comprend au moins un appareil de commande qui peut, de préférence, être activé sans fil.
- Dispositif de levage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le support (17) peut monter et descendre le long d'une colonne de levage (14) ou sur un vérin de levage d'un pont élévateur à vérin ou bien d'un pont élévateur à demi-ciseaux ou à double ciseaux, et en ce que de préférence le bras porteur (21) présente au moins deux parties de bras porteur (66, 67) qui sont reliées entre elles de manière à pouvoir pivoter et qui peuvent être positionnées l'une par rapport à l'autre dans la position de pivotement, et ce grâce à au moins un dispositif de verrouillage (37).
- Utilisation du dispositif de levage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu deux ou plusieurs dispositifs de levage (12) associés deux par deux en vue de former un pont élévateur à deux colonnes ou un pont élévateur à plusieurs colonnes.
