Description

1. Domaine technique de l'invention1. Technical field of the invention

The invention relates to a power supply line, a power supply network comprising such a power line and a method of manufacturing such a power line. In particular, the invention relates to a power supply line for a domestic power supply network.

2. Arrière-plan technologique2. Technological background

The power supply lines are generally formed by cylindrical copper electrical cables, that is to say having a circular section, each cable being surrounded by a plastic insulating sheath. These cables are frequently used for reasons of low cost, and relatively high mechanical strength for common use.

Nevertheless, they have several disadvantages, especially when used in a home power network, for example in an apartment or a house. In particular, the volume occupied by the cylindrical cable causes problems of installation, safety and aesthetics. For example, when installing cables on walls such as walls, the cable must be securely fastened to prevent any risk of accidental or accidental pulling with security risks. Plastic insulating sleeves can therefore be damaged and the copper becomes apparent. These risks are accentuated at installations on several walls forming right angles, the radius of curvature of the cable resulting in the formation of a gap between the cable and the wall amplifying said risks. These disadvantages lead to difficulties in installing cables to form a power supply network. To solve these security problems, the cables are either firmly fixed, or installed inside the walls or in gutters, which makes difficult any modification of the installation which would require heavy work.

In addition, the shape of the cable and the presence of the insulating sheath around the cable reduce the cooling speed of the cable, especially at the cable axis where the material is compact.

Finally, the use of copper in the cable makes it unsuitable for use in the vicinity of foodstuffs (in a refrigerator, close to a worktop, etc.), especially because of the oxidation of copper.

The document DE 34 19 579 A1 discloses a flat cable consisting of a flexible support and conductors connected to this support.

There is therefore a need for those skilled in the art to have more convenient feed lines to install and use.

1. Objectifs de l'invention1. Objectives of the invention

The invention aims to overcome at least some of the disadvantages of known feed lines.

In particular, the invention also aims to provide, in at least one embodiment of the invention, a power line for easy installation of a power supply network.

The invention also aims to provide, in at least one embodiment, a feed line for rapid cooling of its components.

The invention also aims to provide, in at least one embodiment of the invention, a feed line suitable for use in the vicinity of foodstuffs.

The invention also aims to provide, in at least one embodiment of the invention, a feed line adapted to be repositionable.

2. Exposé de l'invention2. Presentation of the invention

To do this, the invention relates to a power supply line, comprising:
  • two drivers,
  • an insulating coating, protecting drivers,
  • the conductors are each formed of an aluminum flat ribbon,
  • the insulating coating is formed of a first flat strip and a second flat strip, the first flat strip and the second flat strip sandwiching the conductors,
  • the first flat strip further comprises an adhesive layer of so that you can stick the power line on a support,
characterized in that it comprises at least one protective strip disposed between each conductor and the second flat strip of said insulating coating.

A feed line according to the invention is therefore composed of superposed flat elements which make it possible to obtain a flat feed line that can be easily installed and has a small footprint when it is glued to a support. The supply line therefore has increased security, due to the reduced risk of tearing the line because of its flat shape, as well as improved aesthetics and discretion. The supply line can for example be easily covered with paint, a tapestry or tiling.

De préférence, la ligne d'alimentation présente une épaisseur inférieure à 1 mm.In addition, the fact that the feed line is composed only of flat elements makes it easier to cut it. Indeed, if the thickness of the supply line is sufficiently low, the feed line can be cut with scissors or a cutter. Preferably, the feed line has a thickness of less than 1 mm.

The power line cut to the desired length can thus be connected to an electrical device requiring a power supply, either directly if the device is adapted, or via a conversion, for example to a conventional cylindrical cable or by the connection of the line. power supply to an electrical outlet to which the electrical appliance will be connected.

De préférence, la largeur des conducteurs est au minimum de 8 mm.The flat ribbons forming the conductors transmit the current with an efficiency similar to conventional cylindrical cables, but have a larger cooling surface than said cylindrical cables. Preferably, the width of the conductors is at least 8 mm.

In addition, each conductor is protected from the second flat strip by the protective strip, the material of which can be selected specifically to interact as little as possible with the conductors. In addition, in a variant of the invention where the second flat strip is connected to the first flat strip for example by glue, the protective strip prevents the conductors from being in contact with this glue and thus reducing the risks of damage.

Advantageously, a feed line according to the invention comprises a protective strip by conductor, each strip being arranged between a conductor and the second flat band and being of the same width as this conductor.

Advantageously and according to the invention, the adhesive layer is a repositionable adhesive layer.

According to this aspect of the invention, the power line is repositionable, allowing the establishment and the quick and easy modification of a power supply network.

Advantageously and according to the invention, the second flat strip is translucent.

According to this aspect of the invention, the conductors are thus visible through the second flat strip, which facilitates the laying operations of the supply line, particularly at the cutouts and connections of the supply lines to the apparatuses. feed.

The invention also relates to a power supply network characterized in that it comprises at least one power supply line according to the invention connected on the one hand to a power supply source and on the other hand to an electrical outlet.

A power supply network according to the invention thus makes it possible to connect an electrical appliance to a power source via an electrical network comprising supply lines according to the invention, thus allowing easy installation and increased safety.

Preferably, at least one power supply line and an electrical outlet to which the supply line is connected are repositionable, thus allowing the electrical network to be reconfigured at will, in order to satisfy a temporary or permanent power supply requirement in a particular area of a dwelling for example.

The invention also relates to a method of manufacturing a power supply line, characterized in that it comprises:
  • a step of depositing aluminum flat ribbons on a first flat strip, said flat strips thus forming two conductors,
  • a step of covering the conductors by at least one protective strip,
  • a step of sandwiching the two conductors and each strip by the first and a second flat strip, the first flat strip and the second flat strip thus forming an insulating coating.

The invention also relates to a supply line, a supply network and a manufacturing method characterized in combination by all or some of the characteristics mentioned above or below.

Detailed description of an embodiment of the invention

The following achievements are examples. Although the description refers to one or more embodiments, this does not necessarily mean that each reference relates to the same embodiment, or that the features apply only to a single embodiment. Simple features of different embodiments may also be combined to provide other embodiments. Figures, scales and proportions are not strictly adhered to for the purpose of illustration and clarity.

The figure 1 schematically represents a power supply line 10 according to one embodiment of the invention. The feed line 10 includes two conductors 12a, 12b, arranged on a first flat strip 14. Conductors 12a, 12b are each formed of a flat aluminum strip extending the full length of the supply line. The presence of two conductors 12a, 12b makes it possible to form a closed circuit between a power source and an electrical device (not shown) to be powered.

The flat ribbons of the conductors 12a, 12b are made of aluminum, thus making it possible to use the power supply line close to foodstuffs without the risk of contaminating them, unlike copper which oxidizes easily and is therefore not adapted. The power line 10 can thus be easily installed in a kitchen for example, at a work plane.

The fact that the tapes are flat also allows a more efficient cooling of the conductors 12a, 12b, compared to a cable of the prior art whose shape causes a difficulty of cooling due to the concentration of the mass of the cable.

In the embodiment shown on the figure 1 , the conductors 12a, 12b are each covered with a protective strip 16a, 16b along their entire length. The strips 16a, 16b of protection are for example plastic and have characteristics to limit the degradation of the conductors 12a, 12b. The hatched portions represent, a portion of the conductors 12a, 12b not being covered with protective strips. This part is located at the end of a transmission line and is adapted to be connected to other electrical elements, such as electrical sockets, for example, as described later with reference to FIG. figure 3 .

The conductors 12a, 12b and the protective strips 16a, 16b are sandwiched by the first flat strip 14 and a second flat strip, shown with reference to FIG. figure 2 , the first flat strip 14 and the second flat strip forming an insulating coating, making it possible to protect the conductors 12a, 12b from the external environment (corrosion, accidental cutting, etc.) and the external environment of the conductors 12a, 12b, makes the passage of electricity in the conductors 12a, 12b when the power supply line 10 supplies an electrical device. The second flat strip covering the conductors 12a, 12b and the strips 16a, 16b protection, she is not represented on the figure 1 for the sake of clarity.

The figure 2 represents schematically in section along XX the feed line 10 represented with reference to FIG. figure 1 . On this figure 2 , the thicknesses of the elements represented are accentuated for the sake of clarity. In practice, the conductors 12a, 12b, the first flat strip 14, the second flat strip 18 and the strips 16a, 16b of protections generally have a thickness of less than 0.5 mm, and the supply line 10 has a total thickness less than 1 mm for a width greater than 8 mm.

The second flat strip 18 is visible on this figure 2 and forms with the first strip 14 an insulating coating sandwiching the conductors 12a, 12b and the strips 16a, 16b protection. On the figure 2 , the second flat strip 18 is slightly curved due to the presence of the conductors 12a, 12b and the strips 16a, 16b protection forming two protuberances on the first strip 14 plane. In practice, these protuberances have a small thickness relative to the width of the second flat strip 18, and the curvature is negligible.

The second flat strip 18 may be opaque or translucent, depending on the intended use. In one embodiment where the second flat strip 18 is transparent, the protective strips 16a, 16b are visible through the second flat strip 18, as shown for example on the supply lines of a supply network described in FIG. reference with the figure 3 . The possibility of seeing the position of the protective strips 16a, 16b and the conductors 12a, 12b makes it possible to facilitate technical interventions on the line such as, for example, the cuts and the fault detection on the supply line. The strips 16a, 16b of protection may also be colored to differentiate the two conductors that they protect.

The second flat strip 18 is for example fixed to the first flat strip 14 and the strips 16a, 16b of protection by glue. The protective strips 16a, 16b thus make it possible to prevent the conductors 12a, 12b from being in contact with this adhesive, thereby guaranteeing their electrical efficiency.

According to another embodiment of the invention, the supply line does not include a protective strip. The conductors 12a, 12b are thus directly in contact with the second flat strip 18.

According to another embodiment of the invention, the feed line comprises a single protective strip, sufficiently wide to cover the two conductors 12a, 12b.

The first flat strip 14 further comprises, on one of its faces opposite a face where the conductors 12a, 12b are located, an adhesive layer 19 for bonding the supply line 10 to a support. Preferably, this adhesive layer 19 is repositionable, so that the supply line is repositionable thereby allowing great flexibility of installation.

The feed line is thus manufactured according to the following method:
  • the flat aluminum strips forming the conductors 12a, 12b are deposited on the first flat strip 14,
  • the conductors 12a, 12b are covered by the strips 16a, 16b of protection,
  • the conductors 12a, 12b and the protective strips 16a, 16b are sandwiched by the first flat strip 14 and the second flat strip 18,
  • the adhesive layer 19 is fixed on the first flat strip 14.

The figure 3 schematically shows a power supply network according to one embodiment of the invention.

The power supply network comprises two female-type electrical sockets 21a, 21b, connected to a supply source 22 via supply lines 10a, 10b, 10c, 10d according to the embodiment of the invention described. with reference to Figures 1 and 2 . To allow two power sockets 21a, 21b to be powered by a single supply source 22, the supply network 20 further comprises a branch box 24. The power supply network 20 also comprises a contact housing 26 for connecting two feeder lines 10c, 10d forming a right angle. The power source 22 is for example an autonomous source, or is connected to the central network of a housing. The branch box 24, the contact housing 26 and the electrical sockets 21a, 21b are specifically adapted for connection with the transmission line.

The electrical jacks 21a, 21b, the supply source 22, the supply lines 10a, 10b, 10c, 10d and the boxes 24, 26 are arranged on a support 28, for example a wall or a piece of furniture.

Preferably, the electrical sockets 21a, 21b and the boxes 24, 26 are each fixed to the support 28 by a repositionable adhesive (not shown), and the adhesive layer of the supply lines 10a, 10b, 10c, 10d is repositionable. Thus, the power grid elements can be easily moved to form different configurations of the power grid. In addition, other bypass boxes, contact boxes, power lines, and electrical outlets can be easily added, removed, or moved as needed.

The figure 3 also shows, connected to the supply source 22, a cylindrical cable 30 according to the prior art. The cable 30 is held in the support by a fastener 32, hardly detachable, and the cable 30 is not fully in contact with the support which causes risks of tearing. The supply line 10 according to the invention is therefore more advantageous than the cable 30 of the prior art.
