- Procédé de fonctionnement d'une machine d'emballage par emboutissage ou thermoformage (1) comprenant une commande (22), un premier poste de formage (5), un poste de scellage (9) et un premier dispositif de détection (16), comprenant les étapes suivantes :- formage de cavités (8) dans une feuille inférieure (4) dans le premier poste de formage (5),- formage de couvercles (24) dans une feuille supérieure (10) au moyen d'un deuxième poste de formage (18),- exécution d'étapes d'avance de feuille pour le transport de la feuille inférieure (4) dans la direction de production (R),- détection et relevé de la position d'un marquage (4a) de la feuille inférieure (4) au moyen du premier dispositif de détection (16) dans ou sur le poste de scellage (9), ainsi que transfert de cette information de position à la commande (22),- au moyen de la commande (22) : régulation de l'étape d'avance de feuille pendant laquelle les cavités (8) sont transportées dans le poste de scellage (9), en fonction de la position du marquage (4a) de la feuille inférieure (4) ;le premier dispositif de détection (16) étant configuré pour toujours détecter et relever le marquage (4a) de la feuille inférieure (4), qui est affecté aux cavités (8) qui se trouvent actuellement dans le poste de scellage (9), pour réguler la longueur de l'étape d'avance de feuille actuelle jusqu'à la position cible exacte dans le poste de scellage (9).
- Procédé selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que le marquage (4a) est une marque caractéristique appliquée au moyen d'un dispositif d'impression (33) sur la feuille inférieure (4), ou est un formage exécuté dans la feuille inférieure (4) dans le poste de formage (5), ou est une découpe produite dans la feuille inférieure (4) au moyen d'un dispositif de découpage (32).
- Procédé selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que le marquage (4a) est une marque imprimée sur la feuille inférieure (4), et un troisième dispositif de détection (15) détecte et relève la position de la marque imprimée (4a) de la feuille inférieure (4) avant le premier poste de formage (5), et transmet cette information à la commande (22), pour positionner le premier poste de formage (5) conformément à la marque imprimée (4a), le premier poste de formage (5) étant déplaçable et réglable par voie motorisée.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 11 à 13, caractérisé en ce qu'un deuxième dispositif de détection (17), qui est agencé entre le premier poste de formage (5) et le poste de scellage (9), détecte et relève la position du marquage (4a) de la feuille inférieure (4) et transmet cette information à la commande (22).
- Procédé selon les revendications 11 et 14, caractérisé en ce que le deuxième poste de formage (18) est positionné le long de la direction de transport (T) de la feuille supérieure (10), au moyen de la commande (22), en fonction de la position du marquage (4a) de la feuille inférieure (4), qui a été détectée et relevée par le deuxième dispositif de détection (17).
