Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Mühle zum Mahlen von Getreide gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1. Zum Mahlen von Mahlgut insbesondere Getreide zur Herstellung von Mehl sind verschiedenartige Mühlen bekannt. Neben traditionellen Steinmühlen werden auch Mühlen eingesetzt, bei denen die Mahlarbeit mittels eines Messersatzes geleistet wird, der in einem Mahlwerk rotiert und das Mahlgut direkt bzw. mittels Auftreffen auf eine Prallplatte zerkleinert. Eine derartige Mühle ist im deutschen Gebrauchsmuster

Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es die Leistungsfähigkeit einer Mühle zum Mahlen von Getreide weiter zu erhöhen. Das heißt, es soll die Mahlleistung erhöht werden, um den Volumenstrom durch die Mühle bei möglichst nicht erhöhtem Stromverbrauch zu erhöhen und so die Effektivität der Maschine weiter zu verbessern. Bewährt hat sich dabei eine Stärke der Messer von etwa 2mm und eine Schneidplattenbreite von etwa 4mm. Ebenso hat sich eine Anordnung mit zwölf bis vierzehn Messern im Mahlraum bewährt. Dabei werden die Messer vorteilhaft direkt auf der Antriebswelle montiert und drehfest mit dieser beispielsweise über eine Keilnutenverbindung verbunden. Ein Versetzen der Messer derart, dass die Zähne der Messer nicht fluchten ist nicht erforderlich. Vielmehr hat sich bei fluchtender Montage auf der Antriebswelle eine hervorragende Mahlleistung gezeigt. Aufgrund der Tatsache, dass die Messer schmäler ausgeführt sind als die Schneidplatten, müssen die Messer mit einem bestimmten Abstand auf der Antriebswelle montiert werden. Wenngleich hier typischerweise verwendete Elektromotoren über eine Wellendichtung verfügen, hat sich gezeigt, dass die auf diese Weise realisierte Abdichtung der Welle insbesondere bei Mahlgut, das Feinstaub entstehen lässt, nicht ausreichend ist. Vorteilhaft wird die Welle des Antriebsmotors daher durch eine weitere spezielle Wellendichtung gegenüber dem Innenraum des Mahlwerks abgedichtet. Diese zusätzliche Wellendichtung kann mittels eines Zusatzflansches angeordnet werden, der am Motor befestigbar ist. - Mill according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that, in the direction of the drive shaft of the knives (11), the width of the cutting plates (15) is approximately double the thickness of the knives (11), wherein the knives (11) preferably have a thickness of around 2 mm and the cutting plates (15) preferably have a width of around 4 mm.
- Mill according to one of Claims 1 to 3, characterized in that twelve to fourteen knives (11) are provided.
- Mill according to one of Claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the shaft of the motor (2) is sealed in relation to the interior of the grinding unit by means of an additional, specific shaft seal (17), the shaft seal (17) preferably being provided on an additional flange (18), which can be fastened on the motor (2).
- Mill according to one of Claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the motor (2) has a motor-control means, which allows the motor (2) to be started up slowly to reach the desired rotational speed.
- Mill according to one of Claims 1 to 6, characterized in that at least one baffle plate is provided in the interior of the grinding unit.
- Mill according to one of Claims 1 to 7, characterized in that material is fed via a hopper (4), in which magnets (20) are provided.
- Mill according to one of Claims 1 to 8, characterized in that a connection (7) for the introduction of a fluid, preferably air, is provided on the grinding unit.
- Mill according to Claim 9, characterized in that the connection (7) is provided laterally above the set (9) of knives.
- Mill according to one of Claims 1 to 10, characterized in that the grinding unit can be opened by means of a lockable shutter (8).
- Mill according to Claim 11, characterized in that the shutter (8) is arranged in the vicinity of the set (9) of knives.
