Definitions

  • the invention relates to a truck mixer according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • Such truck mixers ( DE 44 31 501 ) have to support the mixing drum on the vehicle frame on a front and rear support bracket, the front support bracket carries the drive for the mixing drum and the rear support frame is provided with two rotatably mounted rollers on which the mixing drum is supported with its revolving ring gear.
  • the storage of the rollers takes place here by corresponding roller blocks with two opposite bearing plates in which the rollers are mounted.
  • the roller blocks are bolted by flange-side webs to the top of the support bracket.
  • the object of the invention is to propose a truck mixer that is safer to use, less dirt-prone and easier to clean. According to a further aspect, essentially no adjustment work is required for the carrying roller blocks, in particular also in the case of a roller change.
  • the gap between the running ring or mixing drum and the support block surface can be substantially minimized so that access to this area from the outside is virtually impossible.
  • rollers are chambered and protected within the support bracket.
  • the rollers mounted on bolts in the Stützbock paragraphn can be made in one clamping with the support frame, thereby facilitating the adjustment for the proper alignment of the roller surface to the tread of the obliquely arranged on the vehicle frame mixing drum or reduce.
  • the entire support frame is constructed like a box, resulting in a compact and rigid construction of the support bracket.
  • the trestle hardly offers points of attack or collection points for contamination by accumulation of concrete and the like. And can be easily cleaned otherwise.
  • the roles including the bearings are protected as a result of the chambering within the support block from contamination, which increases the life of the bearings and the rollers. Due to the minimized gap between the tread and trestle surface and the dimensions of the cover plates for the gap reduce.
  • the support frame housing is designed with two legs. This is expediently carried out by providing the lower region of the support block with a central, essentially tunnel-like recess which extends forwards and downwards, preferably also open to the rear.
  • the bearing elements for the attachment of the support bracket on the frame are in this case formed at the lower end of the support bracket legs.
  • the flexibility of the two-legged support bracket results in substantially lower loads on the bearing attachments of the support frame than on a support block with high rigidity. Since the recess is provided in the lower region, and preferably approximately in the lower half of the support bracket, above the recess results in a cross-hollow body structure of the support block, whereby a sufficient rigidity of the support block is nevertheless more flexible in the lower storage area guaranteed.
  • the openings in the box cover for the roll penetration in the axial direction of the rollers substantially the roll width and perpendicular to the Rollenachsraum are smaller than the roll diameter.
  • the width and the length of the opening is dimensioned so that a perfect penetration of the roller for the purpose of Auflagerung the mixing drum is possible, however, the remaining gap is correspondingly low. Due to the sunk arrangement of the rollers, only a small roller segment protrudes upwards beyond the support bracket, which is sufficient for the mixing drum support. Conveniently, in this case, the role with less than 1/3 of the roller radius on the opening before.
  • the recess is substantially U-shaped and largely free of edges, so curved over the circumference, so that the occurrence of voltage spikes is substantially avoided.
  • mixing drums for different volumes generally have the same drum diameter and use the same front and rear drum sections, but differ in the length of the cylindrical center section of the mixing drum.
  • mixing drums having larger volumes are made longer than mixing drums having smaller volumes.
  • the rear support frame is provided with a Popegnagnas- and a tilting device, it is possible when using a shorter mixing drum to move the support bracket in the direction of the cab forward and in particular to tilt the two front bearing elements up, so that the roller surface for the Auflagerung of the tread of the mixing drum can be tracked so to speak the overhead crane.
  • the front bearing elements may be designed as bearing pins, bearing tubes, square profiles or the like.
  • the support bracket in the length-adjusted and tilted position can be locked, according to the specification of the different volumes of the mixing drum conditioned lengths of the mixing drum predetermined locking points for the extent longitudinally displaced or tilted rear support bracket are given.
  • the front support bracket is provided with a tilting device, so that a tracking in adaptation to differently long mixing drums is also possible here.
  • the rollers are each supported by a bolt, wherein between bolts and roller body at least one roller bearing with an inner and an outer ring and with rolling bodies located therebetween, is provided, wherein the inner ring of the rolling bearing in the installed state directly Coaxially disposed around the bolt around.
  • the outer ring of the rolling bearing is pressed into the roller body.
  • the trained as tapered rollers rolling elements are in a cage between outer and inner ring. Between bolt and inner ring of the bearing a clearance fit is provided so that the bolt can be removed without much effort.
  • rollers carrying bolts on the one hand in an opening in a front support bracket wall forming the first sheet and on the other in a further, opposite opening, in a rear-side support bracket wall forming sheet, releasably are held.
  • the sheets used may for example consist of steel, aluminum carbon fiber materials or plastics.
  • a truck mixer according to the invention can be dispensed with the known support roller blocks. As a result, further material can be saved.
  • the roller bearings, which are arranged coaxially around the bolts, are also arranged within the support bracket in this embodiment. This reduces the risk of accidents on the one hand and on the other hand is avoided with advantage that dirt can penetrate into the bearings.
  • the ingress of dirt into the support frame can be significantly reduced by the fact that lateral scraper elements are provided, which significantly reduce the gap between the rollers and the upper support block surface.
  • the inventive holder of the bolt is characterized by a high strength. It is advantageously provided that the openings in the interior of the support bracket in coaxial with the bearing bushes continue or that the openings are formed by the bearing sleeves. As a result, among other things, an improved bolt insertion is ensured.
  • the construction according to the invention substantially increases the manufacturing accuracy.
  • the bolt is not guided on at least one side through an opening in the sheet, but is held only in a bearing sleeve in the interior of the support block.
