Claims (8)

  1. Collerette d'étanchéité (1) permettant de raccorder une sous toiture à une construction pénétrant dans le toit, en particulier à une lucarne, ladite collerette d'étanchéité (1) étant constituée d'un matériau en bande ou en feuille souple et à l'épreuve des intempéries, mis en forme de manière à constituer une collerette dotée d'une partie de rebord interne (2) adaptée pour venir en prise avec la construction pénétrant dans le toit, et une partie de jupe externe (3) adaptée pour venir en prise avec la sous toiture, ladite collerette d'étanchéité (1) étant de forme sensiblement rectangulaire et comportant des éléments supérieur et inférieur opposés (4, 5) et des éléments latéraux opposés (6,7), caractérisée en ce que les deux dites paires d'éléments opposés (4, 5 ; 6, 7) sont conçues en vue d'une variation contrôlée de leur longueur entre une première longueur prédéterminée (L1) d'une partie de cadre de lucarne standard et une seconde longueur prédéterminée (L2) afin de fournir une collerette d'étanchéité (1) pouvant être utilisée avec des constructions pénétrant dans le toit de deux longueurs différentes (L1, L2), dans laquelle les éléments opposés (4, 5 ; 6, 7) référencés comme étant fabriqués avec un matériau adhésif ou d'étanchéité (9) conçu pour maintenir une partie avec rabat (10) desdits éléments opposés (4, 5 ; 6, 7) dans la position rabattue.
  2. Collerette d'étanchéité selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ces éléments opposés (4, 5 ; 6, 7) conçus pour une variation contrôlée de leur longueur sont fournis avec des repères de pliage (8).
  3. Collerette d'étanchéité selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 2, caractérisée en ce que la partie de rebord interne (2) est dotée d'une bande périphérique (11).
  4. Procédé permettant d'étanchéifier une jonction entre une sous toiture et une construction pénétrant dans le toit comprenant les étapes de :
    - fournir une collerette d'étanchéité (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    - fixer la collerette d'étanchéité (1) sur la construction pénétrant dans le toit,
    caractérisé en ce que le procédé comprend l'étape intermédiaire d'adaptation de la longueur des éléments supérieur et inférieur opposés et des éléments latéraux opposés à une première longueur (L1) d'une partie de cadre d'une lucarne standard ou à une seconde longueur (L2), et l'étape supplémentaire consistant à appliquer un adhésif sur la face de contact entre la sous toiture et une partie jupe (3) de la collerette d'étanchéité (1).
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 4, comprenant l'étape supplémentaire consistant à appliquer un matériau d'étanchéité de couverture sur le dessus de la partie jupe (3) de la collerette d'étanchéité (1) et l'interface entre la partie jupe et la sous toiture après avoir placé ladite partie jupe (3) sur la sous toiture.
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que le matériau adhésif utilisé est à base de PU (polyuréthane).
  7. Procédé selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le matériau adhésif utilisé est un adhésif à deux composants à base de PU.
  8. Procédé selon les revendications 4 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le matériau adhésif est également utilisé comme matériau d'étanchéité pour la partie supérieure.
